  1. Check. Mate. MAJBobby wins. Taylor isn't as good as Tom Brady.
  2. Hey! Merry Christmas Ryan! I actually just got back from Tyrod church this morning or I would've responded sooner. The sermon this morning was about how Tyrod is a marginal starter- somewhere around the 20-25th best QB in the league (probably closer to 25th). But the pastor emphasized that he might be a better option than anyone else next season, his cap hit would only be $14 million and they do have a lot of pieces in place on offense. The pastor also gave us a bit of hope this holiday season by stressing it would be interesting to see Taylor with a healthy Watkins and maybe an Alshon Jeffery to throw to next season as opposed to Justin Hunter, Walt Powell and Brandon Tate. I actually think you would've appreciated it.
  3. Exactly. And if the Dolphins lose to the Browns at home, which they should have, would they still have everything figured out and would we still need to blow everything up?
  4. 37 TD's to 12 INT's + 10 rushing TD's = 47 TD's to 12 INT's over two seasons. Terrible. Just terrible.
  5. What in the world is wrong with this MAJBobby guy?
  6. They were projected by most to be an 8-8 team. They're an 8-8 team. Their offense exceeded expectations once again and their defense fell flat once again. They are essentially what we thought they were. There's no "I told you so" there.
  7. I'm sorry, I don't know what this means. But yet again, I am in the church of Tyrod and a "fanboy" because I think he's between the 20-25th best starter in the league. Where do you have him ranked?
  8. Dude Oakland has the 4th most points in football, we have the 6th. They've literally only scored 21 points more than us all season long- 3 TD's. And in fact we've scored the exact same number of offensive TD's! And their defense isn't even good. Does that put in perspective for you how bad our defense has been? You're obsessed with this idea that passing = explosions and fireworks and balloons, etc. and rushing TD's don't count. OUR OFFENSE IS ON PAR WITH OAKLAND'S!!!!!!!!!! This board is genius. A top 10 scoring offense and #12 ranked overall offense two straight years but running offenses don't work in the NFL and the QB is the problem. It's a mystery to me how people who understand so little about football spend so much of their time on an internet message board discussing football.
  9. Ugh. If you're just trolling, congrats, you're quite good at it. If you are serious, I don't even know what to say to you at this point.
  10. Imagine how much higher they'd be if they had EJ Manuel or Carson Wentz at QB instead -Ryan L Billz
  11. I'm impressed. I actually watched every game this season. It was his first season as a starter and he's only a sophomore. You're right that he throws across his body a lot but he's incredibly good at it. Not to mention he's built like a horse and can run. If he improves his numbers by a bunch next year he's gonna put himself in position to be a top five pick.
  12. You know about Josh Allen? I'm a Wyoming fan. He's gonna be insane. Will bet anything he's a first rounder in two years- if not one. You, Ryan L Billz, just called me a troll? Wow. And what did I say about Taylor? What is your argument? Are you saying that the Bills have had a good receiving corps this season? I would tell anyone that Taylor has missed open receivers all season, regardless of who's been playing. But are you going to tell me the Bills haven't had the worst receiving corps in the NFL this season? Of course they have. It's not even a question. The only team you could even bring an argument to the table with is San Diego. Again, for the millionth time, despite your fantasy that I am a Taylor fanboy, I don't even care if they move on from him. But you brought up quality of receiving corps here pal, not I. And to answer your question, yes, I would rather have Wentz than Taylor for future/potential purposes but no, the Eagles wouldn't be worse than 6-9 if Taylor was their starter this season. If anything they'd be better.
  13. You're beyond absurd. You just gave us a Wentz/Tyrod breakdown and gave us as a "pro" in the Wentz column that he has poor receivers? You're aware that for the bulk of the season, Tyrod's main options were a hobbled Robert Woods, Goodwin, Justin Hunter, Walt Powell and Brandon Tate? You can't make this stuff up guys.
  14. This place is embarrassingly dumb sometimes.
  15. The Bills have led the league in rushing yards and yards per carry for two consecutive seasons. That is an insane feat. Even more insane of a feat with an offensive line that sucks, according to the OP.
  16. Just wanted to make sure people know that I don't think Kenny is a bad guy or that the ketchup and mustard routine is nothing but goofy, even positive energy. I just think that the staunch defenders may have been around it long enough that they don't realize just how bizarre it seems to someone who is not familiar with the ritual. Like try explaining it to someone who has no idea about it sometime. And also, yes, how in god's name can the cleanup only take four minutes!?!
  17. I am not denying he is a good man. And that is a heartwarming story to be certain. But man oh man, when I go, please spread my ashes over the Grand Canyon or Yellowstone or something. And that's the other tailgaters' problem if they want to see another guy mercilessly doused in ketchup and mustard in freezing conditions and then have to clean up (that's another question I have- what does the clean up process entail?) Does Kenny derive any satisfaction from being doused in ketchup and mustard- like is it a weird fetish?- or is it purely for others' satisfaction?
  18. Is it something I have to witness to understand how awesome it is? I've been to the lot- everything else about his setup is cool- but you're saying the ketchup and mustard thing is not weird at all, it's only awesome?
  19. I respect Kenny's dedication- that he goes to every game and such- but am I the only one who finds the ketchup and mustard part of his shtick more than a little moronic? Like it's not funny, it's just bizarre. He doesn't have to do that to be a tailgate legend, he already is one. What is he thinking and feeling when he's cleaning up after doing it? The whole thing is just weird. Like I'll go on a diatribe to a non-Bills fan about how legendary Bills tailgating is and then I get to that part of it and people will respond with simple questions like "why?" and I have no answers for them. I can't be the only one who feels this way.
  20. Ha. Passer rating is infinitely more important than passing yards per game.
  21. Agreed. Just not sure there's a better option out there. I think Jay Cutler is a better passing QB than Taylor. But is he a better QB overall? Would they have a top ten scoring offense again next year under Cutler? Maybe?
  22. I agree with everything you just said. But I also don't think the Bills are a top ten scoring offense the last two seasons if everything is exactly the same but Taylor doesn't have the unbelievable mobility he does. My point being, he's far and away a more effective quarterback overall than he is just a passer. Like he might be the 30th best passing QB in the league but maybe closer to the 20th best QB overall. Fair?
