  1. Nice man, you made it in. So awesome. How does it feel?
  2. Am I the only one who realizes who that blonde is? EDIT: Ehh, never mind. I don't think it is her.
  3. Dude I get it. But Cordy Glenn could just as easily be like, "hey guys I have a kidney stone." It's not a matter of national security.
  4. I agree wholeheartedly with everything you said. But unless he is having penile enlargement surgery, I can't imagine anything embarrassing enough that you wouldn't just tell people what was going on. I mean, he is a pretty public figure and a pretty integral part of a team that is obviously very important to a lot of people and thus, people are really concerned about his health. But like you said, everyone is different I suppose.
  5. I'm not saying that it's our right as Bills fans to know what's wrong with Cordy Glenn. I'm saying if I'm Cordy Glenn, why wouldn't I just tell people what's going on? OK so let's say it's a kidney issue. Who cares? I have Crohn's Disease. If I worked in an office and all of a sudden I went missing for two months and everyone in the office was wondering what was wrong with me, I would just be like, "hey guys, I was having some issues with my Crohn's Disease." Why the hell would I care?
  6. Good to see the 'IN' thing has cooled off a bit. I'm not too worried about it. It is certainly curious though. What in the world could be wrong with a dude that you can't just tell people what it is?
  7. If you don't like Collinsworth as a dude, that's totally up to you. But in my opinion and that of most knowledgeable and intelligent football fans, he is generally regarded as the best color man in football, if not all of sports.
  8. Thanks for the research. Little surprised that people have been quick to jump all over the OP on this one. Take a look at these numbers right here and tell me who had a bigger impact on their teams' success: Ted Washington or Ray Guy.
  9. I don't even know what to say to this.
  10. This is a ridiculous thread title. Let's see what happens after 3 or 4 of these practice games. One thing I will say is that Tuel's elongated throwing motion is pretty unorthodox and maybe a little troubling.
  11. Am I the only one who thinks Ray Guy getting into the Hall of Fame is more than a little ridiculous?
  12. Yeah I agree with virtually everything you're saying but I am confused by the haiku format. That is an informative read. It puts everything in perspective nicely.
  13. Alright guys enough with the stupid "IN" already. I can't even tell you how annoying/played out it is to those of us who don't find it as amusing as some of you apparently do. The poor guy put together a long, thought-out post based on two new links. Please stop. EDIT: Ok maybe the links are old but who cares? It's like you're in third grade and you're tattling on another student. Just move on to another thread if you're not interested. EDIT 2: OK the post is not very good, is grammatically abhorrent and reads like a haiku but all that being said, I still hate the "IN's." It's the same way I felt about people still Tebowing well after it had run its course and acting like they were the first ones to do it. It's over for "IN."
  14. Your contribution to this thread has underachieved immensely. And also, Hollywood Hogan greatly underachieved in WCW.
  15. Uggggghhhh. The IN thing is really starting to wear on me.
  16. I am a leftist hack myself and freely admit to not knowing enough about fracking to discuss it intelligently. My guess is that most pro-fracking non-hacks on this board probably get the vast majority of their information on the subject from one very intelligent, accurate, high level dialogue, fair and balanced, hack-free news source (hint: not WGR). All that being said, I care way more about the Bills staying in Buffalo than I do about fracking and so with that, I say God bless you Mr. Pegula, however you make your money. Can't wait to give you a standing ovation when they show you on the jumbotron on September 14th.
  17. These are such random games. How about Super Bowl XXV? If we're only talking new school, I'd have to go with the 6-3 game, the opening Monday Night loss at New England, the Monday Night Dallas loss, last play losses at home to Denver, Jacksonville and Tennessee, the multi-fumble game against Atlanta last year, etc., etc., etc. We weren't beating the Saints that day, I don't care about that punt call.
  18. Dark horse- Bills-Raiders Sunday Night 1990. I'll never forget that one.
  19. I believe you're thinking '89. Anyone who does not say the comeback game is either a) not old enough to remember, b) old enough that they remember some better old school games that I don't or c) trying to be artsy and not state the obvious. People, it's the comeback game. And yes, I was there.
  20. I have been listening to all the hype and I even saw the catch everyone was talking about the other day but it wasn't until I saw that juke you are talking about that it hit me how good this kid is gonna be. Great call.
  21. I disagree with you on that but that's an easy response that I knew someone would come back with. Either way, whatever the new hip term to describe doing something to the point that it becomes played out and acting like you're the first one to do it is, that's what replying "IN" on threads you think will close has become.
  22. As I've stated before, if EJ sucks this year, it's time to go the Chiefs route and get a serviceable veteran. We do not have time to wait for another QB to develop. Way too much talent on this roster.
  23. I think this is a thoughtful topic and being an eternal Bills apologist I see what you're trying to say but in this case I kind of disagree. Me and my brother were both all about taking Kaepernick in the 2nd round 3 years ago and all about taking Russell Wilson 2 years ago. These were not secret guys. It was extremely arrogant of us to pass up on top round QB's in both of those drafts. With respect to free agents, I agree with you but if EJ sucks this year, it is absolutely time to go the Alex Smith route and get us a guy who can win us 10 games right now. There is WAAAYYYYY too much talent on this roster to be wasted with subpar QB play. That guy very well could be Tony Romo. And I would be all about it.
