  1. This is probably the best answer. Graham may even have to start at safety this weekend.
  2. I hate to say it but yeah of the three, the only one whose name I would put in pen on the lineup card next week is Graham. I think after that, you have to go with Gilmore because of where we drafted him, his upside, etc. And I don't even think McKelvin had as bad a game as some- I'm guessing when Joe B does his breakdown he'll find that he played fairly decent against one of the top WR's in the league. I guess what I'm saying is that we have great depth at CB. And make no mistake about it- the nickel spot belongs to Robey.
  3. Glenn, Woods, Graham.
  4. I was obviously kidding.
  5. I'm pretty sure it's "should of." At least that's the general consensus on this board.
  6. That's an underrated movie right there. Other than Rudy, I don't know that I can think of a better football movie. Which isn't so much an endorsement of Little Giants as much a statement that there really aren't that many great football movies out there. Whereas I can rattle off six or seven GREAT baseball movies. But really, could you find a more ideal middle school girlfriend than the Icebox?
  7. Fumbled snap by EJ so technically a sack, for -4 yards.
  8. James Hardy was tall.
  9. Not always. "Its" is, as far as I can tell, the only word in the English language to drop it's apostrophe in the possessive form. So in other words you would write, "it's got a mind of its own." No apostrophe. There you have it. EDIT: But yes, with respect to the two "it's" in you sentence, obviously you are correct.
  10. How do you know how good of a husband he is? Just curious.
  11. We can agree to disagree my friend. Maybe I just like the underdog story but it is not in my DNA to jump on the bandwagon of a successful team. I would be more inclined to root for the Broncos if they sucked too. This city does not deserve a winner. Nor do they need one. Buffalo, Cleveland, Detroit, Minneapolis- throw them a freaking bone once in a while football gods, geez.
  12. I've lived in Denver and as I've stated before, I openly root for the Patriots against the Broncos. There is something so incredibly cheesy/dopey/phony/corporate/wine and cheese about the Broncos and their fan base, I can't even properly describe it. I hate them so much. I hate how they're always considered top NFL fans. Their tailgate scene is so incredibly weak. Is the stadium loud? Yes, but wouldn't any stadium with Peyton Manning dropping bombs be loud? I would give anything to see what that stadium and that fan base looked like if they sucked for 14 years in a row. Hey, at least it would give a chance for the real fans to maybe attend a game once in a while instead of the phony corporate geeks with their tucked-in jerseys. Oy vay now I'm riled up.
  13. And pray tell, what agenda is ESPN driving? My opinion is that their agenda is to make money, they think people are interested in the Michael Sam story and guess what, here we are on page 3 of this thread.
  14. When's the last time you saw a guy get drafted, get three sacks in the preseason and not even make a practice squad?
  15. What did Garrison Sanborn do? Look at the majority of the last ten Patriots' drafts. Every team has Maybins. I think the jury may still be out on Koundjio (sp?) I think the last four or five drafts appear to be pretty successful for the most part. People are dogging the Bills because of this preseason but all in all, Nix and Whaley have put together a hell of a roster. They just need a freaking quarterback. That's it. Should've maybe considered taking Russell Wilson over TJ Graham.
  16. You say it as if being able to make the Rams is less prestigious than being able to make the Bills.
  17. If we drafted a guy (as opposed to an undrafted FA) and he had 3 sacks in the preseason, I would expect him to make our football team. Why is he not expected to make it over that undrafted FA dude? Tim Tebow literally believes that Michael Sam is going to a place after he dies with fiery pits and flames for all of eternity because of the way he was born, even if everything else he does in life is morally just and he is an otherwise great man. That's kinda crazy huh? Like he actually believes that.
  18. The 6-3 game, the Monday Night game and the blizzard game are/were three totally different games. We lost them all though.
  19. So if they looked great today would you have purchased Super Bowl tickets? Jeezus every year people overreact to the preseason. It don't mean s**t. Did you buy a Jeff Tuel jersey after the Colts preseason game last year?
  20. Funny how people base their opinion of someone on their pedigree coming out of college. Has anyone actually watched McGloin play? I watched him last week against the Lions and I was very impressed. To say he looked better than either of our backup QB's this preseason is an understatement. But yeah keep berating the OP and throwing out the name "Mike Hunt." Hysterical. Haha. Dude you should be a standup comedian. I think you took a little too much shrapnel to the helmet over there. Yeah because all second year undrafted free agent QB's are exactly the same. This has gotta be one of the dumbest threads I've ever paged through. I genuinely feel sorry for the OP.
  21. Based on two preseason games? Why is it that every year people forget that the preseason doesn't mean anything? Let's see how their OL looks come September.
  22. I understand that you are playing devil's advocate here but really look at the Dolphins roster and tell me that's a better football team than the Bills. The only area they may be better than the Bills is at- admittedly the most important position- QB. I don't think it's crazy to pick the Bills ahead of the Dolphins, in fact I think you'll see most prognosticators picking the Bills ahead of the Dolphins. And as far as losing Stevie, come on man, that's where you lost all your credibility. Stevie Johnson would not be a top 3 WR on this team right now. In fact, he might've gotten cut outright. Mike Williams is a huge upgrade over Stevie, not to mention Woods in his second year is going to make a huge jump. Stevie Johnson himself just said so in an interview.
  23. The run defense, the wide receiving corps, probably the offensive line and our QB being in his 2nd year as opposed to a rookie. I am picking the Bills to finish third, behind the Jets and ahead of the Dolphins. I think they are in the mix for that 6th playoff spot (Patriots, Ravens, Bengals, Colts and Broncos).
