  1. Yes, again, home games are easier to win than road games. I don't think either of us are missing anything.
  2. Wow you are really on a roll today huh? So playing the Chiefs at home is not as tough as playing them on the road. Very insightful.
  3. Not much based on your commentary in the #1 Rush Defense thread.
  4. You are really starting to get on my nerves. Has any defense in the history of football allowed under 70 yards rushing and 150 yards passing, intercepted 32 passes and gotten 48 sacks in a season? The Bills are a top 5 defense in the NFL right now. Period, end of story.
  5. Either you are trolling or, simply put, you are the worst. Oh and the Bills are #1 in the NFL in 3rd down % allowed. You realize their defense has given up 20, 10, 20, 16 and 7 points so far? Why am I arguing with you anyway?
  6. Dude for someone so confident, you may want to change everything to yards/game instead of yards, which is what the rankings default to. You see, some teams have had byes so naturally they will have given up less overall yards in one less game played.
  7. No dude, you are wrong. The Bills are #1 in yards allowed per game on the ground. When people say #1 against the run, that's what they mean. Look again sir. They are 8th overall, 2nd in YPC against, tied for 1st in sacks, 5th in points allowed per game- which would be higher if their offense hadn't given up 16 points- tied for 4th in turnovers and tied for 1st in +/-. There is no spinning anything. The Bills are an elite defense right now however you look at it.
  8. That's the whole point- EJ doesn't attempt that pass. Maybe Aaron Rodgers puts it right in his bread basket but at least Orton gives him a chance to make the play.
  9. Not feeling GOAT as an acronym. Little bit of a stretch.
  10. He could've done more, he could've done so much more. This watch- this watch was one more special teamer they could've signed...
  11. Agree 100%. I've been saying for five years that he's the best in the business. Unlike virtually every other analyst, he doesn't dumb it down and speaks to the real football fan. Of course though, no matter who it is, at least 33% of the people are going to dislike him for whatever reason.
  12. Ehh be careful there. They punt there, we're only down 3 and EJ never throws that pass. And you're talking to one of the biggest EJ critics on this site.
  13. A smarmy post intimating that EJ Manuel is actually better than Tom Brady and attempting to minimize Brady's legacy as an all-time QB. Now I have seen it all.
  14. 2 things: 1. I'm not sure it is possible that he can look WORSE than Manuel the last two games. And 2. Accuracy is/was one of many of the newbie you are alluding to's issues.
  15. Hearing from a source that Kyle Williams may be an MCL, will not require surgery, probably miss a couple of weeks. You do realize that thousands of children around the world starve to death every day because they have nothing to eat?
  16. I was reading his comments all week and thinking what a great guy he was and then during the game I remembered how he is a decent scrambler and puts his head down when he runs and doesn't slide. He could not be any more likeable. Ten years from now a bills fitz jersey will be a pretty sick jersey to rock.
  17. Was that post Curtis Enis? I remember those teams as being all defense and zero offense.
  18. If Orton plays like Orton they will never go back to EJ. Are you unable to wrap your head around how putrid EJ has played the last two weeks? Let me put it to you this way: The gap between the level that Fitzpatrick/Orton is at/should be at (we'll see of course) and where EJ is at is about as big as the gap between Aaron Rodgers and Fitzpatrick/Orton. Not hyperbole.
  19. WHAT!?! RRRGGHH this board is so dumb sometimes...
  20. Man I hate to bring this back up and I SWEAR this was not intended as an EJ thread. In fact I would change my rankings quite considerably from last week (Brady down, Eli up, Tannehill on the list for instance). But I feel like a few people owe me a "hey you were right man." Where is 26CornerBlitz??? I said, quite simply, that Fitzpatrick is the worst of what I would consider to be legitimate NFL QB's. I also said that EJ Manuel was not a legitimate NFL QB. One gentleman even said condescendingly, "We'll see on Sunday." Well, we saw on Sunday. Fitz at least can complete ten yard passes to guys listed as wide receivers in the media guide. Orton will be able to do the same. After the announcement today and the Patriots' performance tonight, I feel way better about the Bills' chances this season.
  21. As I stated earlier, 10th overall, 8th in pts allowed, 3rd against the run, 2nd in ypc allowed, t4th in takeaways and t5th in sacks. So yeah. Looking forward to your response.
  22. If Ryan Fitzpatrick was quarterbacking the Bills yesterday against Ryan Fitzpatrick on the Texans, the Bills would've won by two scores. If Orton is in fact average, they're going to win 9 games. Manuel is not average. The last two weeks he's played about as bad as a quarterback can possibly play in this league. Also I don't recall any of those early 2000's Bears teams as being loaded with offensive talent?
  23. Chris Mortensen just said on Primetime that he spoke with an NFL exec last week who said that 21 out of 22 positions the Bills are as talented as any team in the NFL. They easily have a top 10, potentially top 5 defense in the league. They are loaded with talent at the RB and WR positions. It's on EJ. Period end of story. Looking forward to Sunday to see what a below average but actual NFL QB can do with this offense.
