I would consider Nix the problem when he allows George Edwards 2 years to prove himself when we the world knew he was bad from the first 5 weeks. Expecting that cantankerous old fool Ralph Wilson to forgive and forget in order to better his team is an impossible dream! Polian is the very best GM / president in the NFL the last 40 years considering what he accomplished in Buffalo, Carolina, and Indianapolis. First off, Wilson wouldn't want to step down as president, next he certainly wouldn't want to pay Polian anywhere near what he was making in Indy. Finally, I highly doubt even Bill Polian could fix this organization, and its working for only the paycheck mentality.

I almost want Gailey and Wannstedt to NOT get fired until after the season so the team is bad enough to get close to that #1 overall. I'm thinking if they both get fired and replaced from within ....the replacements will win more games

If you are gonna hire the best GM the NFL has seen the last 50 years, just let him decide who he wants as HC. I'd let him be president / GM and run the entire football operations, provided Wilson can bury the hatchet someplace besides Polian's head

Sure there is a practical way to replace the current DC Dave Wannstooge, fire his moronic butt and replace him with Bob Sanders who was the DC with the packers 2005-2008 If the Bills really wanted to make some changes Marty Schotthenheimer is out there currently retired, he could come in and replace Gailey. That is if RW finally feels "comfortable" with him.

Yea, its not just the QB. No run game to support the QB, only one decent WR. no timing for the deep throws and yet the OC keeps calling them The defense was supposed to be greatly improved with a top name DC, 100 million dollar FA DE, 1st and 2nd round draft picks all over that defense, and they give up 500+ yards of offense 2 weeks in a row. The inept 3-4 DC who was fired after 2 horrid seasons is now looking better the wannstache.

Nix needs to grow a pair, own up and fire Gailey and Wannstedt. put Bob Sanders as DC, Bruce DeHaven as interim HC. Then look forward to drafting a QB in the first round next year, and lets hope the Bills finish with a worse record then the Chiefs
