  1. Probably a reason as to why he isn't getting the nod over Chris Hogan who are both listed as 3rd stringers. Better blocker perhaps? Hogan only had one rec, and SJ's replacement at #1 WR Robert Woods only had one rec Thad was 19 of 31 216, 2 TD's and the Bills receivers dropped so many balls in that game.
  2. So many fans overcome with the grief of the loss they are missing this. Fans need to remember back to the start of 2010 and another HC from the college ranks in Chan Gailey, his first 8 games at 0-8, and journeyman QB Fitz literally running for his life. If I'm going to complain about something its that this regime waited far to long to replace LG Colin Brown & CB Justin Rodgers. Waiting for Legursky to return from an injury rather then find a better replacement quicker then 5 games into the season with a rookie at QB was cause for alarm. I'm still concerned that Doug Whaley & Doug Marrone thinking that Brown could do the job in the first place, and then gave him 5 games to prove how bad he is really is.Apparently they all thought Marrone could coach him up as a starter, and that was disaster. This move reminds me of Cornell Green starting for the first 5 games in 2010, and then quietly benched and released. Brown could still be salvageable on special teams tho. If there was a disparity between the two teams besides the Bills PS QB who played like a vet at times, and loss of SJ. It was the difference in the play of both lines. Cincy was dominate at the LoS on both sides of the ball. It makes me envious of a team with an O line that good.
  3. All I can say is I'm impressed as hell about this young team playing so well with a QB just up from the PS. The Bills played today without their best WR and their best RB injured. The Bills benched their two worst players in CB Justin "toast" Rodgers & LG Colin "sieve" Brown, and the team played better because of it. About freaking time. I look at the overall picture and see a team play to overtime against a team that just held the NE Patriots to 6 points and Legend QB Tom Brady to no TD's the week before. I didn't give them any chance at all to even compete equally on the same field, and yet everyone is nit picking the players just back from injuries or players playing injured. The Bengals ended Brady's streak of a TD in 52 games. Plus, in its three previous wins Cincy's D limited Brady, GB Aaron Rodgers, and Pitts Big Ben to a combined 64 of 118 for 692 yards, with 2 TD's and 4 INT's. The Bills D was victimized at the LoS by a superior line, and allowed 14 first downs passing. Lets face it, the Bengals were a playoff team last year and probably will be again this season as they lead their division with a 4-2 record. Not gonna complain at all considering I didn't give them any chance to win, and they easily could have.
  4. seriously amazing QB play this week with some good play calling considering What stood out to me was bad run defense and bad special teams
  5. cmon man, the Bills put 24 pts up on the score board with their best WR out,and their best RB suffering, and with a QB right off the PS. Freaking amazing to me!! Lets not forget that he Bengal defense held Brady to no TD's & only 6 pts last week First game back from an injury for Byrd, Gilmore and the latter playing with a huge cast on his hand. The biggest improvement for me was the benching of LG Colin Brown as Thad had some time to throw now and then. Brown was the worst player on the team by far.
  6. played better then I gave them credit for
  7. only a fumble will save them now, or a blocked FG
  8. Boomer gushing about the Bills...what a turn around
  9. OMG the line gave Thad time and he makes play!!!!!!!
  10. gotta love that effort for the first GO FJax
  11. Thad getting another chance, hope he does well
  12. why the heck is HE covering AJ Green?
  13. Just think, this same defense held Brady without a TD last week
  14. wow, good stuff from a practice squad QB against the #8 defense in the NFL
  15. go back and watch what this Bungal team did to Tom Brady and the Patriots last week, held them to 6 pts Bills D needs to settle down and make some stops
  16. On another note the Bungals might be one of the best teams in the AFC right now, will be fighting for a playoff spot
  17. nothing like having two ex Bungal players in the broadcast booth...makes me want to puke
