  1. The article seems to bash McShay about Jimmy Clausen, but IIRC Kiper was the one who was always really high on Clausen and I believe they used to argue about it. I didn't realize McShay started liking him recently, I wonder what swayed him.
  2. As my buddy used to say: "Caffeine, green, and nicotine."
  3. [brian and Peter are pulled over by policeman, the body of Quagmire's cat in the backseat. Peter is drunk and covered in blood stains. Two policeman exit the car and situate themselves on either side of Peter's car] Policeman #1: What do we got, partner? Policeman #2: [bends over and inspects the inside of the car] Empty alcohol containers, the driver's inebriated and covered in blood, he's got scratches on his face and arms, there's a blood-soaked corpse in the backseat, got shovels in there, and a hand-drawn map titled This is where we'll hide the body. Policeman #1: Well, that all seems fine. Sorry to bother you sir. [A small bag of weed falls from Brian's collar onto his lap. Policeman #2 notices] Policeman #2: Pot! [Withdrawing gun and aiming it at Brian] Small amount of pot!
  4. His diving, 360 spins, with a fumble to cap it off are a much needed commodity this year.
  5. "Alge Crumpler, the Patriots only tight end, is now so fat that he can barely stand up for a few moments without collapsing in a heap. That’s why they'll select a big, strong linebacker who can help pick him up."
  6. I know, I do the same thing I was just joking around. I wish it were that easy though.
  7. If you read my post again, you'll see that I made no comments of the bad things he's done. I was referring to his delusional state of mind where he thinks he can just put the uniform back on and he's back as a starter. He was in jail for awhile, and out of football for even longer. It is difficult to come back and play at a high level after just one season of sitting the bench and playing an occasional play or two. If I'm GM, do I want to risk bringing him in and relying on him as a starter? IMO, no. If they want to sell tickets (or lose tickets) go ahead, you might make some money in the short run...which seems to be what Ralph likes to do. If we want to build for the future, I'd try to find a QB through the draft either this year or maybe next year. I don't want to take the chance of relying on a #3 quarterback and lose draft picks along with it. Vick has a lot of work to do before he's a starter again, and I personally don't want the Bills to be the one to take that risk.
  8. I usually bring in a J and burn one down.
  9. No. I do not want Michael Vick on this team. He gets out of jail, plays one year and thinks he's ready to be a starting quarterback again. There's a reason why he's the #3 on the Eagles. The guy doesn't realize how much work he has left before he can be a starter again...he thinks that just because he's out and in a uniform that he deserves to start. He said he wouldn't mind playing in Carolina because "the jerseys are cool", is that who you want leading your team onto the field every week?
  10. Speaking of Kennedy, did you see that interview with Rayzer last night before the game? I love the kid and understand he was probably nervous, but he was stumbling all over himself and couldn't get a clear answer out. I felt bad for him.
  11. Spot on Lieutenant. Good Guys is definitely an underrated gem of a pizza shop. Junction is still good, but it's not quite as consistent as it used to be...as well as having to put your house up for sale to order a large pizza.
  12. Even if they don't, you can purchase an HDMI cable off amazon.com for practically the shipping costs. I bought one about 2 years ago for $.99+shipping. Amazon is the best for these types of purchases.
  13. That's what I use it for. The links for each page are great, so when you find something that you want to use you can open up that article or link that wikipedia uses. It works well.
  14. With Captain Checkdown and Co., it'd be a perfect match.
  15. Sunday in his interview, he said he hoped the gallery would give him "the clap".
  16. Agreed, and my bracket would also agree seeing as I have Kentucky winning the 'ship. But, Cornell has played two nearly perfect games against respectable opponents. I think Wall and Cousins will take over, but maybe not as handily as one would've thought going into the tournament.
  17. Man, Cornell looks tough. Everything that they do is so crisp, smooth, and precise. Their shooting has been unbelievable and I think that if they continue to play like they have, Kentucky will have a very tough time with them.
  18. Haha I forgot that I picked ODU in this bracket...I was looking at my other one.
  19. I had Murray State as well, and I did the same exact thing with Old Dominion. I also have Sienna and Cornell today, UTEP and San Diego State had to go and blow it for me.
  20. I just use a cable and it seems to work just fine. Not quite as clear as I hope but I can definitely deal with it. A VGA, S-Video, or HDMI (depending on computer) cable would work.
  21. Can we close this already. Maybe we should start talking about Tebow or draft picks so that it gets merged or closed.
  22. Absolutely. Jeez that sure is redundant.
