I've had the first couple of episodes sitting on my DVR for the past several weeks and I finally decided to watch 'em. I'm glad that I did because I've really enjoyed it so far. I hope it keeps my interest and from what I just heard, it's been renewed for a second season coming out next fall...13 episodes I believe.

Did you see who wrote this "Worst 100"? It's the same clown, Jeff Pearlman, that wrote that article about how terrible Buffalo is compared to San Diego when Merriman was picked up off waivers.

I think last pick in the draft makes more sense, they are definitely Super Bowl bound.

Last night was absolutely ridiculous. How do you stop him right now? He's throwing just as well as he's running right now. Nobody on Washington seemed to be able to even get a finger on him, and even if they did he'd slip away and run for a first down with ease. The guy is on FIRE right now and if Philly keeps this up I can see them going a long way this year.

Last year, the TEs were catching too many balls and the WRs weren't. This year, the TEs aren't catching enough passes. The WRs are. I guess we need a happy medium.

Netflix is awesome. Shazam is great for finding names of songs. (free) ESPN Scorecenter is awesome for keeping up with fantasy football and other sports. (free) Flixter-- good for movie showtimes, reviews, tix, etc. (free) Urbanspoon-- searches and randomizes restaurants in your area and shows you type/price/and location. (free) Yelp-- uses your location, you can search for restaurants, coffee shops, gas, stores, etc. Will also give you directions to desired location. (free) My personal favorite: Remote-- controls your iTunes library directly from your iPhone. Using WIFI, you enter a passcode into iTunes and your entire library/playlists/artists/etc. show up on your iPhone and you can control it from almost anywhere. Works well for parties. (free) Just some ideas for you, there are plenty of free apps available for you to experiment with.

I was flipping through the channels and caught it about 8 minutes in and ended up watching the whole thing. I thought it was great, probably the best 30 for 30 I've seen so far. He was definitely not ready for big time college football and it showed and his "friend", Ken Fairley, really screwed things up for him. If he had a smarter mentor, someone he could talk to and learn from, I think he would have had a much more successful career. He was thrown into the spotlight at an early age and it seemed like he had NO idea how to handle it which is understandable. I agree that he seemed similar to an Adrian Peterson of today. I don't know if 10x better is accurate but his body type, running style, and strength is comparable. At 6'2" 230, he was a monster of a tailback.

I was on a big Pawn Stars and Pickers kick a few months ago, but after awhile it just got boring and repetitive and I lost interest. Maybe I'll check out this show at some point.

Yea same here. I like the idea of needing dollar amounts to unlock the perks/weapon attachments that you want, it's a cool concept. I'm still getting used to the multiplayer, but the solo campaign is really cool so far.

I disagree. I think that Conan is the funniest of the late night bunch. Although I do agree that the promos sucked. I DVR'ed it last night and haven't caught it yet but I plan on it soon. Jack White should be interesting.

They were double and triple teaming Freeney all game.

They looked BAD, really bad. If it wasn't for that drive right before half time, they would've had less than 50 yards for the entire game. Did they have any positive plays in the second half? Their secondary is horrendous, all Rodgers had to do was dump the ball to the receiver and let them do their thing. The Bills may be 0-8 but I'm glad that I'm rooting for this team over the Cowboys, they looked pathetic and I'd be embarrassed to be a fan of them after laying that egg. I guess that guy from SI.com was right in ranking the Bills ahead of the Cowboys.
