Met him at the Big Tree on Friday. Really, really cool guy. One of my buddies asked for a picture and he was so excited to do it. He came up and introduced himself to everyone. Made a huge fan of us all for the way he talked to all of us.

This is my third year in my house and have shoveled the previous two years After last year's winter, I told myself I didn't care what it cost, I was going to buy a snowblower. Got lucky that my fiance's relatives were moving out of their house and into a condo and were selling there 10 year old Ariens 8526 over the summer. We got it for $125. It's in great condition and started on my first pull this fall. Not excited for the snow to come, but really excited to try out the new machine.

I have both the Roku streaming stick(bedroom) and Apple TV(living room). Both work well. I'd give Apple TV a nudge because it offers the AirPlay feature where I can play movies and videos from my iPhone, iPad, and Mac Book without any cords. Also, we don't have cable, only a roof antenna clamped to my unused DirecTV dish and streaming services (Netflix, Hulu). Quite happy saving $100 a month.

Agreed Mark. After week 1 we were going to the Super Bowl, after yesterday we're the worst team in the league. Before the season started, I told myself that 2-1 thru week 3 would be a great start to the season. Win in Miami and everything is all good. If there are any positives, it's the way that we fought back into the game. Percy continues to play well. McCoy ran the ball REALLY well IMO. Need to get the ball to Sammy more.

I went thru Gate 2. The issues with Gate 2 were on the sides where everyone walks up, if you worked your way towards the middle of the gate, things went much more smoothly. Unfortunately, people did not understand this concept and continued to file in the biggest lines. I don't remember when I got there but It was between 1220-1230. I started my watch when I found a line and stopped it when I walked thru the gate, just over 7 minutes.

Hammer, I have a question. I've been parking at the house across the street (4155 Abbott) the last 3-4 home openers. I'm going with a group, but they are not leaving until later and I would like to get there a little earlier. Would it be possible to secure a spot in that lot or is it already full?

I like Miami week 1.

If you're looking for stuff to do over the weekend, I'd think about getting a hotel downtown. Plenty of bars, restaurants, brewery's, and other things to do down there. Not a terrible drive to the stadium either, 20-30 tops with traffic. Allentown is full of bars, Elmwood has some nice places also. New brewery, Big Ditch, is a great place to hang out and get some drinks. Just my opinion though. You can also find some restaurants near the stadium if that's what you're looking for.
