Yes he does have a bunch of pro bowlers - kinda a chicken and the egg scenario if you bring that up. What great OC or DC doesnt have pro bowlers? No idea if he is a leader or has HC qualities.

per PatrickMoranBSD on twitter I spoke to a former player that tells me Jason Garrett will emerge as the top candidate for the Bills job. Not sure how i feel about this. The Offense down there has put up some good numbers and prob wouldve had more success in playoffs had Romo not F-ed it up. Lets try and keep this about Garrett as a candidate and not questioning the source. please.

alot of people on here dont let facts get in the way of their opinion. Half these threads turn into useless banter, and the needs for 30 threads on each candidates escapes me.

I think the problem is this message board. Russ and Ralph know this board is stocked with NFL experts who have careful though out opinions about the next HC of the Buffalo Bills. They have to take their time to ensure they can review the plethora of knowledge and fact based opinion here at TBD so that the right coach can be selected.

Just sick of some on this board just getting ridiculous with their assertions, taking things out of context or making stuff up completely. The bottom line is tthat there is absolutley no rush to get a HC. The Bills have no competition right now and are gonna take their time. I know some people want results and want them yesterday but in high stakes jobs that isnt how it works.
