  1. i dont think theres a pecking order. THey will rotate to start camp and an order will be picked prior to the first preseason game.
  2. Exactly, i've talked to a organization person who has said the same about aaron. He is not a team guy, really only cares about himself and is always grumpy. Not a guy who will do more than he has to. He is not someone you build a defense around. Just because he doesnt run his mouth in the media doesnt mean he a "class act"
  3. if he doesnt show he doesnt get paid, my understanding is if you release him he still has a cap hit so that idea is no good.
  4. Agreed. I was just having this debate. You lost TO and gained no one - you cant count rookies outside of Spiller realistically, especially rookie WR. i agree the secondary is set, but its hard to know how our 4-3 personnel fit into 3-4. Davis is a good pickup, schobel may more than cancel that out. I think its hard to say this team is better, esp when you have no idea how they will play in the schemes brought in by new staff.
  5. agreed. EW is not the "key" to the O line success. I think too many people on here are overrating him based on his personality.
  6. Nope. Y is almost always the TE. I played in west coast offense in college, and i was a TE, the Y. Many of my friends did too, the TE is the Y. I know some types of spread offenses that dont use the TE will assign Y to a WR. 7. Your post is rambling nonsense. Smith was the last pick of the 5th round. Hes a bench warmer with Baltimore and not considered a prospect by any means. So yea armchair GM lets give away a pick for a scrub to "compete" with the guys we have.
  8. give it up. Smith is not the answer and this team isnt going to be moronic enough to give up stuff just to let him "compete".
  9. Y is the tight end almost 100% time in offensive playbooks. Y is alwasy the tight end from a defensive perspective.
  10. you are wrong. He's had a plan in place for over 20 years. I know because i work with the guy who did it. Cool story though
  11. hes under contract.... what do you give up to trade for him just for a tryout?
  12. this is just insane. Troy Smith??????????? you people are desperate.
  13. errr 29 years old, will be one month shy of 30 by seasons end. http://www.nfl.com/players/fredjackson/profile?id=JAC173789
  14. This will never sink in with people. The guy is 30 yr old, he cannot carry a huge load all season and stay healthy. ML and Spiller will get a lot of touches too.
  15. He kind of had a point until that Vick thought. Buffalo has always had bias w sports, whether its this threads topic or the sabres (anti european)
  16. THere are a few industries that would go under without assistance. first that comes to mind is the entire US farming industry. feel the same about them ?
  17. still waiting to see if he actually resumes his "playing" career. Its a little early to be calling them out dont you think ?
  18. yea but we have some young rookies who say good things so we'll be fine, if not the best OL in the league.
  19. no never had a job. cmon now. if its not so voluntary why are other players missing and theres no big stink? i mean if its truly voluntary wink wink still need to be there why are other guys allowed to miss? Nelson - he's practically still a rookie, Evans, The honorable and holy freddy jackson has missed too Yea i know, none of these guys were arrested and had made most of the other OTA but you cant bash lynch for missing voluntary unless he shows up and expects to be treated the saem as others who have been coming. When he misses mandatory camps then the whining can resume.
  20. The spiller pick is a clear signal theyre building for 2012? where do you come up with this stuff. RB contribute as rookies more so than almost any position. If anything it would mean they want to win NOW.
  21. I hear your point but $20 to park might be the cheapest in the NFL.
  22. No, i havent. Last year i got the coupons. Maybe it has something to do with where your seats are located?
