    i dont know, i watch all the games and rewatched the last game on replay I cannot pick out one play where i said wow...our LG is awesome. That being said, i cant say ive said wtf is our LG doing.... so thats good right?

    I disagree. Unless Brohm outperforms Fitz this Thurs hes a goner. He gets less reps and has been #3 in the rotation. Odds are he's gone over Fitz.

    and its also preseason, no one is gameplanning against each other. COaches are not putting anything on tape they dont want the other team to see. Lets not get over excited bc Chan called some screens on a tough run D. High school coaches do that every friday night. The proof in the pudding will come when the regular season starts.

    Right but theres also a new offense, and learning that offense is far far far more important than deciding who holds the clipboard. Think about it from a coaches standpoint. #1 needs reps bc he's gonna be your guy.

    Its the blind hope that we as bills fans cling to, thinking that a bust we picked up could be the next BRady or Manning. Odds are that Brohm will never be a NFL #1 QB. 2nd Rounders dont usually get cut even with an average performance. Brohm is no better than what we had and dont be surprised to see him gone.

    They get game checks, guys who are hurt and not playing still get game checks. But functionally they are only paid during the regular season. Their point is their contract is divided by 16 and paid that way. The numbers are negotiated on 16 games. You want more games pay us for the 2 extra games we are playing

    They are paid per game during the regular season if they are on the roster, regardless of whether they are playing. as for preseason - they get some $$ but not a game check.

    Ahhh so teams arent spending bc they are unsure of where the cap will be with a new agreement. Gotcha, sorry wasnt trying to be a jerk like so many on thsi board, just trying to understand your point since i dont really follow the new CBA talks.

    Of course i did look him up, just so i wasnt being stupid. I admit i never heard of this guy but being cut twice in one year isnt something that happens to guys who can produce. Something is showing on tape that no one wants this guy on the team. The bills have enough mediocre LBs.

    THe guy has been cut twice this year. The lowly Detroit Lions wont take him. The Bills D is in big trouble but im not sure how this guy would help.

    Generally, you are right, but youre being too absolute. Putting three RBs in the backfield makes the D cheat run and more susceptible to blowing coverage. Playcalling involves dialing up a series of plays sometimes just to set up a home run.

    Do some of you actually watch this game called football????? If you win the toss you can elect to recieve or you can defer. If you defer, you kick AND pick the goal to defend----ie you get the wind. Hence, most coaches elect to defer, bc you get the wind AND the ball after the half, when you have the advantage of adjustments.

    CHans quote isnt much more than coachspeak. Yea ill consider it just as i would for anyone. Trent was #1 going in, and BB didnt do enough to deserve to be #1. In fact, he missed some throws that couldve really bolstered his case. Oh yea hes got that accuracy thing.
