Yes, they get reports on things like this, 21 on field check run first. Reading an NFL defense which is far more complex and disguised better is very difficult. This is why rookie WRs also stuggle, in the NFL they have to learn to adjust their route based on post snap coverage rolls etc. Think about it, these guys have played more football than almost all of us and they struggle to do it, its hard. So lets not knock CJ or imply he's an idiot. He's learning how to adjust his game.

Truth about Fitz comp % and his accuracy
K Gun Special replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He needs to get a little higher that 60%, bc that still keeps him near the bottom third of the league. -

This isnt remotely close in scope to the patriot act. thats a silly comparison. -
I just posted this in another thread. He has anti government views, believes very many things are unconstitutional, has reported ties to American Renaissance a group that is anti semite and anti immigration, He killed people who supported immigration and health care. btw thats not asking him to prove a negative, he can prove it by showing something that says otherwise.

That source is a girl he went to high school with 5 years ago. To be fair you should probably list the reports out of Arizona that he listed Palin and the Tea Party as inspiration, yanno lock and load and all. He was very anti government and believed many things were unconstitutional. Ill post a link http://www.tucsonweekly.com/TheRange/archives/2011/01/08/the-crazed-internet-rantings-of-jared-loughner The FBI is looking into the Tea Party connecntion as well as connection to Anti semite anti government anti imiigration group called American Renaissance. http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0111/47308.html Does this guy sound very liberal to you? He's nuts is what he is. Ill take people who are trained to investigate these things over the report from a high school friend who hasnt seen him in a while. I had to post these links bc obviously you wont see this stuff on fox news who by the way have the least informed viewers.

Mandatory viewing for whiny libtards

libtards? really? -
Do you have a link to that story? So youre saying its a coincidence a Congresswoman's office that had been vandalized after the health care vote, and a judge who has ruled in favor of immigrants, that these people were randomly targeted? To say that talk radio and the language of reload, our society is falling apart, activist judges are destroying the country, all that type of nonsense had no part in this? you are living in a fantasy world. Yes, it does take someone who is disturbed to do such things.

No my research is not wrong, i said first two rounds. BTW the pats havent taken a OL in the first two rounds since 2005. Since 2002 they have selected in the 1st round 1 CB, 2 safeties, 1 LB, 1 RB, and 1 OL and 2 DL. So are they wasting picks on skill positions? If you include the 2nd round they have picked 6 DBs, 3 TEs, 4 DL, 3 WR, 1 LB and 1 RB with 1 OL. thats 8/19 picks used for lineman if you include TEs or about 42% of their high picks. So most of their picks were on skill positions including a lot of DBs. The Bills in that same time period took 5 DL, 1 OL and 1 TE for 7/19 picks used on line positions. THEY USED ONE LESS PICK than the Pats. The bills also took 4 fewer DBs and 1 more WR. So the analysis is way off. Its not hte position that you draft its whether you draft the right players. Keep in mind the Pats also had their QB in place during this time period. We still do not. Its a little different when you break down the numbers isnt it. The pats are great bc they draft the best players they can and dont draft someone just bc they play a position. The bills are wise to follow the same and they did last year with Spiller. Its hard to argue there were better players available at that point (yes some taken after have performed better but thats hindsight now)

Picking a QB at 3 - He better be starting
K Gun Special replied to MikeSpeed's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ha thats my thinking exactly. This team is not nearly as close as some on there believe. there is a huge talent gap. -
The patriots have spent just as many 1st and 2nd round picks on RB and WR and they have on line in the past ten years. Look it up. Seriously stop perpetuating the nonsense on this board that WR and RB shouldnt be drafted high. The Patriots do it. The patriots are good bc they get the best value out of the picks they stockpile. Oh yea, they also have a great QB who makes any talent around him better. Think thats probably the most important thing to copying their success.

K Gun Special replied to MikeSpeed's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Right, lets not kid ourselves, they have a ton of newer WRs, we need a TE and one or two OL to add. Fitz is merely a placeholder. Defense needs a lot of work, they lack talent in the front 7. The question for the front office is at #3 who is the best player, bc clearly they will pick the best player available and NOT draft for need. Look at the best franchises who are routinely successful, they dont draft need. -

Look up the stats on sacks, you will find Fitz wasnt sacked nearly as much as some top tier QBs. And we had a middle of the road run game. Our Oline isnt good but it isnt all that bad, especially with his holiness eric wood. -
Truth about Fitz comp % and his accuracy
K Gun Special replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Really? the saints and colts had worse running games than the Bills, in fact the Bills had a pretty avg running game this year, avg per game is right in the middle You are really just looking for excuses for fitz if you are gonna blame everything around him. This guy wasnt that good in college, wasnt that good before coming to the Bills and this year he was near the bottom of the league in almost every QB stat. In a QB league i dont know how you can say a QB with terrible production is the least of our worries. BTW, many QBs did more this year with the same amount of talent. -
Fitz's 2011 stats compared to the Big Three
K Gun Special replied to folz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bc people aren't going to realize Fitz is an avg QB and good backup QB who happened to throw a lot of touchdowns this year. They fail to realize he threw the 9th most INTs and only won a few games. He's never been a winner. He isn't a QB waiting to develop either, hes a 7th rd QB who played a handful of games and lost most of them. He is a gamer who isn't afraid to take chances and is pretty mobile. However, he is also not very accurate and misses too many throws to be a top starter in the league. Gailey said it today, if the bills think there is a long term starter in the draft they'll take him, but Fitz is ok for now. I think its funny so many fans are putting their hopes on a 30 yr old backup QB who wasnt a real starter until this year and couldnt beat out Edwards in training camp. -

Kelly vs Fitzpatrick....seriously
K Gun Special replied to Bills14's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
My bad, i wasnt knocking your post, just trying to add my thoughts. Your post just happen the one i hit reply to. This topic is absurd, don't look at Kellys #s look at his ranks and then looks at Fitz's, that tells you all you need to know about this. -
Kelly vs Fitzpatrick....seriously
K Gun Special replied to Bills14's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is absurd. Regardless of completion percentage, Kelly was one of the best of his era and his numbers were near the top for several years. You cant compare his numbers to Fitz's now when the rules are different and much more offense oriented. If you really think you could just transport Fitz back to those 90s Bills and have him put up the same numbers you are insane. Fitz is an avg QB and there is nothing to suggest otherwise. This isnt like Kelly who was a blue chip prospect developing the first few years when he struggled. Fitz was a 7th backup QB we picked up who has a 35% winning pct and subpar #'s in everything else. -
Okay Mallet, make me a believer
K Gun Special replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yes that does help your point very much so. Not as close of a game but still they were with a hope. I dont think the dig on Mallett for choking it away last night is worth that much discussion. All the greats choke away a game, some more than others. If we take Mallett i dont see it at #3. And for those saying the combine will change minds, it rarely does, and i believe Nix is on record saying game film is far more important. -

If throwing an INT with 1 min remaining in a bowl game is the same as throwing one in the 3rd quarter then yea. -
Yea lack of production. he threw a ton of INTs, had an avg yds per game, and the rest of his numbers suck. Dont know about you but i want my QB to be able to have better years than rookie and 2nd year guys (Bradford Freeman) or not have the worst comp pct in the league, well almost
-
Our Oline wasn't terrible pass blocking, certainly better this year than in the past. Fitz has helped with that, by knowing where to go and delivering the ball. Our Oline is not very good at run blocking at all. My point is that Fitz has time to throw, in fact, there are many QB who get sacked almost twice as much who do far far better than Fitz. Fitz's lack of production has much more to do with his talent level and his WRs. You cant even really say its a lack of running production either bc the Colts, Saints and Packers have terrible run games but thrive. Until the Bills have superior QB play they will never contend for the SB. Yes we can prob make the playoffs as a wild card with upgraded line play, but we wont beat the mannings or bradys of the league.

If Cam Newton is there at 3
K Gun Special replied to UCLA Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Fitz was 10th in attempts per game but was only the 24th most sacked QB. The guy had time to throw and threw a lot. He just isn't that good. Yes we need to overhaul the lines on both sides. But lets not pretend Fitz is the savior only being held back by bad Oline play. Brady was only sacked ONE more time than Fitz (yea i know he played three more games). Other QBs play with bad lines, Rodgers gets killed in GB, 80 sacks in two years but still manages to win games. I dont think we take a QB at #3 but too many people are making the point that this team just needs to fix its lines and playoffs here we come. I dont think that is the case -
