  1. My two cents here. I think the injuries were just bad luck. What I do believe though is this kids attitude toward getting better. He's got the skill set to be a good QB. He seems willing to put the time in learn the position. I think he is going to do well like in anything if you work your tail off to get better you usually do. I think the hard work is going to pay off for EJ. I believe he takes that next step this season. LV
  2. Then make a trade for Cornelius Bennett and you've got somethin
  3. See I disagree. 3 yes should be plenty enough time to put your stamp on the roster and offensive and defensive plans in place with the starters buying in and being on board. For the first time in a long time I have seen something different in this group. Accountability. Stevie was not a true number one boom trade him away and get a real one. Bring in serious beef on the the online through the draft(bringing in Williams was a joke he'll be lucky to even make the team. Marrone can whip these behemoths into fighting shape. The pieces are there. EJ needs to take the next step period. I believe that our atrocious run D will improve and these Bills got a shot. This management team has to teach this team how to win.
  4. Sweet yet another hard knocks thread that only makes about fifty.
  5. +1 if you give up picks it needs to be for a dynamic kid like this wtf is wrong with you guys
  6. Lmfao they got a better chance of seeing God before they get a 1 for Stevie. If they were smart they would package him in the trade up to save a pick because they are already going to grossly overpay to move up.
  7. This, I can remember the season opener of 13 against the chiefs at RWS where I watched CJ spiller absolutely win a ball game just about by himself. He is absolutely capable of winning a ball game by himself. It will be interesting to see how this draft shakes out. This is Whaley's first full draft where he is the man and I am curious to see his stamp on it and what it will translate to in 3 or 4 yrs. LV
  8. Cindy Williams TV's Shirley from Laverne &Shirley
  9. Is that like talking ***t ?
  10. Buffalo NY is the perfect landing spot for a "troubled" player. Trouble doesn't go to Buffalo (trouble being gangs and gang related gun crimes etc) there is a thermoline that prohibits trouble from approaching the area. Plus he's a local kid. Mods save this for reference in 2 or 3 yrs. He will have a MONSTER career in Buf. You heard it here first
  11. So potentially an opposing ball carrier can be tackled by 4 williamses at once? (Mario Kyle Aaron Duke)
  12. I really hope the team wears a patch on their uniform this season like teams have done in the past. I would like it to embody the type of man that Mr.Wilson was. He was an owner who was genuine and never acted like he was better than anyone else. I want the patch to say: For Ralph
  13. This is something I can get behind. Easley at strong safety. A Roy Williams type LV
  14. This is a legit possibility. I think only one qb goes in first ten picks to Cleveland. So that means a run on the tackles mack Watkins likely gone before we pick. So with the draft deep at OT and WR take the biggest difference maker at his position in the draft. Ebron should be the pick here. LV
  15. No Byrd is not worth 9 mil a year...know why?.... he's a safety....granted a good ballhawking safety but still a safety. You don't tie up that kind of money in Byrd when there's other huge holes to fill plus our own to resign Dareus, etc. Aaron Williams in my opinion will do just fine and I feel is more physical than Byrd. Now that being said Will the Bills do that? who knows and don't discount that Byrd wasn't signing here no matter what. He wants to play for a winner. take the last 14 yrs and counting and you'll see that that is not in Buffalo.
  16. +1 nothing funny about the team you love sucking monkeynuts. call it whining all you want it's tough to deal with.
  17. Bingo Whaley and Co. made a fair market offer to him and he declined. The saints overpayed period. Now that being said let me say if I'm Byrd I would not want to be here either. These players know their window is a small one. I can't blame them for wanting to get a championship with a contender. That is the pinnacle of their profession. Our track record says it all. This team is awful. It's not getting any better and the management team in place will not overspend for free agents. not to mention players don't want to play here because this team sucks. I am a die hard fan as alot of us here are but if I hear you don't overspend for free agents and you build through the draft one more time I will need a bucket. 14 yrs out of the playoffs. How's that philosophy working out for us?
  18. Deep within of course.
  19. DING!!!
  20. Lol I am 100% Ginny myself was yankin his chain.
  21. No buyer's remorse because if by some miracle mack did fall to 9 and the tackles are gone you take him. Though I think he's good enough to start as a rookie, if he's not ready he sits behind someone like spikes and learns.we can still get a WR OT TE in rounds 2-4. This draft is deep but a LB like Mack is an impact guy that you have to take top ten.
