Syracuse Post-Standard reports: 'I see Manuel float and overthrow passes. I see an awkward delivery. I see spotty accuracy. I see a guy who always takes the safe route instead of taking a shot.' this is the problem in a nutshell with him. I never see him fire the ball like he needs to. It's part mechanics part confidence.Maybe he'll learn but I'm not sure he'll ever be able to read defenses properly.

AgreedI was saying to some other fans this team had good intensity week one and two. Today they looked flat. Until they play with fire consistently every week they will do nothing.......again. Disappointing... let's see how/if they bounce back next week.

This I agree with. I will say that Hackett is simplifying the play book for him so that he can have command of what he's strong at. A few frustrating throws aside we can see him mature and progress weekly. He has to be an efficient game manager and let his running game help him and rely on a strong defense and good special teams. He is doing that with minimal mistakes. The bills are 2-0. One day I believe it will all click for him and he will be able to sling it around the yard. I like what I see though and believe with status quo this team is good enough for the post season. Defense was ridiculous today!

I hope they are dumb enough to give our WRs that much cushion. I think our offense will be productive Sunday. If EJ continues to develop and recognizes these mismatches I have a giant humble pie in the freezer I would love to have a big slice of.

I attack the crap out of the dolphins LB's. This is our mismatch to exploit with quick hitting passes to Spiller/Jackson out of the backfield and Iso 4 wide sets getting a LB mismatch. It also keeps EJ upright neutralizing their better than average pass rush. This game will show us what kind of OC Hackett is. If we don't exploit their very weak LB corp we didn't game plan correctly. What do you guys think?

I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Woods leads the team in catches and yards at the end of the year with this current stable of Wide outs. The dude can flat out play ball.
