  1. Let's be fair it wasn't the same Aikman he was nearing the end.
  2. Well if you're going to burn all your stuff why don't you just give it to me. Do you have any zobaz?
  3. I know I may be naive but I'm hoping it's Buddy bringing in the players not Smithers.
  4. Negative ignorance? Because he wants to understand the guy's point of view? He wasn't asking to be a dick he wanted to know. Man people need to lighten up. 'pathetic'
  5. I'm willing to give him a chance he's got a winning record. Bottom line if Nix gets good players this guy can win if Nix doesn't coach search 2012.
  6. Well it all makes sense now
  7. Second String anyone?
  8. Great Post I just can't imagine being a professional athlete and being pissed at the other team for overloading instead of being pissed at myself and my teammates for not being able to stop them.
  9. +1 and may I add you have the greatest avatar on TSW
  10. Thanks I'll keep that in mind
  11. It boggles my mind how useless Mort has become.
  12. Jets rank number 1 is total defense and rushing. They rank 31st in passing YPG while the QB they had last year is in the NFC championship game. The QB did not make the difference.
  13. I don't think the Bills are as unpopular in NFL circles as people think, as legendary manager Ian Faith of Spinal Tap once said, their taste is becoming more selective
  14. My bad that was Clayton that actually wrote the article...the big picture of Tim on there made it seem like he did...I love ESPN
  15. I remember hearing on wgr that edwards made a comment like if he were offered the job to coach the Bills he'd say no.
  16. It does not mean Fewell was the one that agreed to take the job it was reported that April was pissed and felt overlooked that it went to Fewell, which was a big reason why he decided to opt out. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4797796 Halfway down the article Tim writes "Also factoring into April's decision was a belief he no longer had a future with the Bills after Dick Jauron was fired in November. April also held the title of assistant head coach, and felt snubbed when the team promoted defensive coordinator Perry Fewell to finish the season as interim head coach." The Bills weren't interested in him and after getting overlooked he wasn't interested in the Bills
  17. At least he's funnier than Leno
  18. I think the disinterest went both ways, the FO didn't think April was the best choice on the staff to replace DJ in the interim but maybe he'd be the best choice as our permanent coach?
  19. Did you read the post? Seems like you pay attention as much as the real Kiper.
  20. Just one nitpick point If memory serves didn't Mckinney make some kind of comment like he didn't want to come here? Something like Buffalo is Buffalo I really don't want to go there but if I'm drafted I guess I have to. Maybe Adolf Donahoe 'shunned' him partially for that. So it may have been less a football decision. And yes yes Jim Kelly but Ralph was a lot older and nuttier and Donahoe was running the team.
  21. figured I throw one more in there
  22. I love the argument some people here have...I want a coach with HC experience but a coach with Super Bowl champion experience won't work.
  23. I would never want a coach that would rather leave. There's no way he could give 100% dedication to the job.
  24. Aside from the first post this could be the best thread I've ever read here.
  25. Some more than others apparently.
