  1. I know this is going to come off ignorant but I just don't understand why and how he's an 'expert' on football? LOOK at him? What are his credentials? Even if he was all about the Bills and picked them to be good I wouldn't care. If you played even high school football you'd have more credentials to be a football 'expert' than Clayton.
  2. Good quarterbacks make good receivers. Hopefully they'll get a deal done with Stevie soon.
  3. It's a homer site, I'm sure he'll end up picking KC to win every game this year. Someone should tell the lad there's a three page thread about him on a buffalo fan site it would probably make his day.
  4. A mostly irrelevant team beat a mediocre one. It's not a big deal outside of WNY. It'll take more than one win to get the attention of the nation.
  5. (if it's true)...kiddies want a ps4 and adults want to save money. It just depends on market research and the weight of kids vs. adults in video games. This isn't 1995 when video games were just for kids. Those 1995 kids are old now and still play but have bills(like me). I suspect you're right though
  6. hehe why not? i want to believe i dont have to buy a new system to play call of duty 20
  7. Also (sry I don't have a link) i read a while ago that ps3 is advanced enough to play the next generation of games so supposedly when xbox 720 comes out there's no need for a ps4 it can handle the next gen games. It was a while ago I read that so I don't remember how reputable the source.
  8. Agreed especially on the online gamer thing. Seems like there's a lot more d-bags on xbox. You'll be verbally assaulted (and i do mean assaulted) whether you're good, bad, or average. A lot less of that on ps3. Ps3 is more durable I've had mine for over two and a half years and never a problem with it. All my friends with an xbox are on at least their second machine and usually more than that. Games are the same give or take a few.
  9. I'm sorry Jim I'm a few too many Jager Bombs into my Friday night and I'm too used to the shoot down negativity of TBD. Plus I like to take digs at people for fun I'm not familiar with the Navy but there is OCS training that I could get through to become a CO. My main issue is I've got days where I want to do a certain thing...and others I feel like a diff branch makes sense. I just want to make the right decision because I know several people that have not parlayed their military careers into anything special (under statement).
  10. Not saying I'm not ignorant about the subject just need well informed advice. Well I'm short enough and have the eye site to be a pilot haha. I've still got big questions, concerns, and thoughts about these three branches...like with the Coast Guard fears of being stuck in your state.
  11. You're singing my song Sir (Rob Zombie movies included). All of my life I've wanted a job with the flag on my shoulder but on the way got tricked into college. I've never heard of a Marine regret his decision to join. I hope your construction company is well (can I have a job? ) and if you're a WNYer I'd love to have a beer with you some time. I'm excited but at the same time scared to death about the next step in my life and welcome all the advice and stories I can get.
  12. Thank you it means a lot, for this decision I've got exactly two supporters (out of many) in my personal life. It's one of the reasons that I'm single haha.
  13. Probly the best sales pitch I've heard for the Marines. It's so true though they are second to none. I'm assuming you're a Marine, if so out of curiousity what are you doing now (career wise)? When I was 18 I was gun ho infantry. Now that I'm a bit older I'm thinking about life in AND after the military.
  14. As of Wednesday I'm recently (happily) single. I'm a casuality of the economy (Bachelor of Science in Business degree cutting grass for a living in Buffalo). I've always been a fan of American military history and have now decided that the military is for me. I'm going to spend the summer getting in shape, getting laid, and in the fall enlist. After much research I've narrowed it down to the Marine Corps (grandfather was a veteran in the pacific in WWII so there's some sentimental shiz), The Air Force, and the Coast Guard. If there are any veterans out there that can give me advice or a better picture of these branches I could really use some more help. Thanks guys.
  15. The red headed one that likes girls and boys.
  16. I bet I know where you live...does it start with an 'R'...or a 'B'??
