I saw Halloween at the transit drive in Friday. It was a great atmosphere, the lot was full. It was fun if you enjoy dumb slasher movies like I do. Except for a few scenes it wasn’t as violent as you’d expect, although the original wasn’t especially violent either. On that note it’s pretty much an homage to the original. There are several scenes that they take directly from the original but replace Curtis with Michael. The soundtrack was great, good use of the theme with a few changes. As a horror/cheesy movie geek I recommend it.

Went to Bar Bill last year about a half hour after a home game. It was somewhat busy but not crazy like I’ve seen there during their regular prime time hours.

I second the Godzillathon by James Rolfe. Well worth the time if you have it. He was in Buffalo I guess for the comic con.

That place is disappointing. Talk about meat tasting like it was smoked days before. Loved the Rochester location, never been to the original.

Agreed on the fries, but went there this past Friday and got a half rack of ribs. They were pretty good no complaints.

I was on the fence as well. The punt in OT when the offense had their best game all year and the defense arguably their worst was enough for me.
