Week 7: Dolphins at Bills (-17)
auburnbillsbacker replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Bill's win but I would take the Dolphins with the points. -
Bills are 25th Offensive Points
auburnbillsbacker replied to wagon127's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think our ranking matches our overall talent on offense. Beside Morse, the rest of the Bills lineman are bad to mediocre. We don't have a Pro Bowl caliber WR or TE. Our RBs are either past their prime or injured. I think next season is the year the Bills offense becomes decent. -
Could Alabama Crimson Tide beat the Miami Dolphins?
auburnbillsbacker replied to BrycePaup4ever's topic in College Football
I hate this topic. Everyone on here needs to remember that the national media was discussing if Alabama could beat the Bills after week 2 last year. It was embarrassing and was a stupid debate. The Dolohins would beat Alabama easily. -
Any All-Pro Bills this year?

Mario Williams and Dareus. -
Bye Week Musings About the NFL at Large
auburnbillsbacker replied to whatdrought's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They should have hired Greg Williams. He changed the Brown's culture and was the more experienced option. -
Week 7 Against Miami - Allen's First 300 Yard Game
auburnbillsbacker replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I hope he doesn't throw for 300. I would prefer the Bills to get an early lead then run the ball continuously. -
Zay Jones traded to Raiders for 5th rounder
auburnbillsbacker replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Why? Yes, he didn't play like a 2nd rounder. It wasn't his fault however, that he was drafted in the 2nd round. He came here, worked hard, and fought through injuries. I wish him the best. -
Status of AFC: Should Bills Go All In For 2019?
auburnbillsbacker replied to jwhit34's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This team should model itself after the Patriots. The Patriots are all about sustainability. They would never make a bad trade to to achieve a short term gain. That doesnt mean you can't make a trade. You just can't mortgage the future on rentals when you wont be getting compensatory picks when they leave. We will sign too many players next off season to get compensated. -
Make the trade for Stephon Diggs
auburnbillsbacker replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Teams usually don't give up a quality draft pick and take on a huge salary. Which is why I think Diggs will remain in Minnesota. -
Would you have taken 3-2 at the bye?
auburnbillsbacker replied to benderbender's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think it is more probable than not that we lose this weekend so 3-2 might be the reality. I still have faith they can secure a playoff berth with a 3-2 start. -
How the Pats exploited the Bills Special Teams
auburnbillsbacker replied to Protocal69's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That will happen on Sunday. -
It was a shame how things worked out. They picked him up as a rookie free agent tight end. He made the practice squad but the Bills were smart enough to put him on the active roster once another team tried to sign him away. They saw his potential as a lineman, moved him there, then gave him a new contract to reward his strong play at right tackle. They then moved him to left tackle while paying huge money to Dockery and Walker. Peters got mad because he was underpaid but the Bills didn't want to give him a 2nd new deal until the end of the season. Peters sat out then came back with a few weeks left, intentionally played like crap, and was traded. The Bills were a huge reason why he had a hall of fame NFL career. He would have been a fat TE without them. Yes they should of paid him top money, but it is rare to give someone 2 new contracts in such a short period of time. If Peters actually tried I'm sure the Bills would have made him the top paid LT in football.

Maybe we miss Jordan Mills?
auburnbillsbacker replied to AlCowlingsTaxiService's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The reality is that we picked up replacement level players in free agency (Morse is the exception) and didnt get great players with the 2 2nd round picks we used on tackles. I still believe in this regime, but our QBs will be under duress until more talent can be added to the line. We also picked up average WRs. That's fine, but the Bills need a #1. 2 Tackles, 1 pass rusher, and 1 WR and we are in business. -
Jerry Hughes versus who for the Patriots?
auburnbillsbacker replied to TigerJ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It will be harder now that Tom Brady told the refs they can't call holding penalties anymore. -
NFL's newest franchise QB: Daniel Jones
auburnbillsbacker replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Jones looked good during training camp. He played well during the preseason. He played well during his first start. I think it is more likely than not that Jones develops into a good QB. Why do we care though? -
Is Josh Allen the most fan friendly Bill ever? He signs endless autographs at camp. Hangs out with tailgating fans the day before the game. He drinks beers with fans. These are just a few of many interactions he has had with Buffalonians. I think he will be a good QB. If he doesn't live up to expectations however, we cant forgot how he embraced our city and fans.

9/22 Bills vs. Bengals 1st half thread
auburnbillsbacker replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He has been responsible for every bad offensive play we have had this game. The coaches have to know. I like the kid but he is a huge liability right now. -

Go Bills! Please bench Ford until he is ready or moved to guard.
