    Is Wes Welker even that fast? I think he ran a 4.6 40. He's been so successful in the NFL because of his great route running, vision, agility, and hands.

    Why do people keep saying this? Roscoe Parrish is not Wes Welker. Besides being short what in Roscoe's resume makes people believe that he's in Wes Welker's league? Roscoe has had plenty of opportunities on WR screens and he just dances laterally and even backwards while never moving up the field.

    Besides both of them being diminutive WR's they have nothing in common. Welker always knows where the marker is, is an elite route runner, and has great hands while Parrish may be the most situation-unaware player I've ever seen. A better comparison is Dante Hall, another returner who disappeared just as quickly as he arrived.

    San Francisco has Carolina's first round pick next year which looks like a lock to be a top 5 so far.
