  1. Josh himself has fumbled 16 times in 18 starts. 4 resulted in turnovers. Also, fumbling on a play when not turned over normally results in a loss of down/punt/change in play calling. Lets not sugar coat JA fumbles compared to an entire team. ^this^
  2. Don’t forget better mechanics- last week they weren’t right. Get that ball up and be ready to fire it, set your feet and drive it.
  3. I think he is just responding to the question at hand that helps up get a W. We all want to win ?
  4. I would have a chub if that happens
  5. Like the thought process- always a fan of pounding the rock
  6. A W we need! 6-2 sounds nice!
  7. I know there are other JA threads however this may get lost in the shuffle. What does everyone want to see out of Allen tomorrow? Hit the long ball and lead his receivers is at the top of my list. Second is taking care of the football- 16 fumbles in 18 games.
  8. So now it is up to Daboll to adjust his scheme and play calling, which is doubtful.
  9. All the signs of bipolar- more manic most the time
  10. Not terrible I guess - I still don’t think he is worth it but the NFL is mighty forgiving
  11. Oh plenty of blame to go around for sure. Daboll has the kid in diapers still and Allen has to start hitting the long ball and leadIng receivers.
  12. How many 300 yard games does Allen have in this enigmatic offense? How many poor passes has he thrown? How many times has he taken off and ran? I can’t honestly assess any receiver in the current dumpster offense we have.
  13. This year- 20 receptions in 6 games. Sure he may make a play here and there but will he do it consistently. IMO he just isn’t worth the risk. NE in past years has had receivers and TE’s put up big numbers. Lets see what happens in the second half of the season with NE’s passing attack and where, if any place Gordon lands. It will be interesting for sure.
  14. I see 5 more wins which puts us at 10-6. Obviously it is any given Sunday right? It is time for McDermitt to get more of a stranglehold on offense. Daboll, imo has been pretty lousy with his game plans and in game play calling. Special teams has to get their heads out of their butts too. Blocked fg’s, punts, and extra points along with rarely making plays can lose ya some games- see NE and yes 4 picks killed us too!
  15. Some in this world tend to have an inflated sense of their value in the current market place to which they work.
  16. Spot on- the list of prima donnas is long
  17. In their prime they were great and it is easy for us to hope for a return to glory, which rarely happens. One can argue Gordon is still in his prime but he hasn’t shown it since his time away from the game.
  18. No, I have been on record as saying AJ is on the wrong side of 30 and 2 years of injuries. Gordon used to have all the attributes you mention- key words used to. Some receivers have put up big numbers in NE- Moss, Edelman, etc...I think they expect an uptick in production with Sanu.
  19. Again- he isnt. Imagine if Brown was hit on all those deep shots Allen has missed pr he lead him for some YAC. Your view may be much different. On to your question- he may be an upgrade for a 2 but it is a lot of risk for a player that has been in a lot of trouble and hasn’t produced much on a team where he should have. No team has been jumping for this guy. Just my opinion thou - Go Bills
  20. I disagree- 4 years ago yes, today nope. He isn’t better than John Brown.
  21. Yep- ever since Gordon came off league suspension he has been average at best.
  22. Yo A.J. - you are 31 and haven’t played so much the past 2 years. Your leverage isn’t too good right now.
  23. 1) Offense lacks identity 2) Losing the turnover battle- JA has fumble-itis (16 in 18 games) 3) Special teams lousy again 4) Lack of hitting deep shots downfield- teams can stack and dare JA to beat us 5) Daboll in game play calling imo has been brutal 6) Not enough touches for motor 7) Linebacker play so so- Alexander has really slowed and Edwards is great side to side but gets run over up the gut- been sayin’ it awhile- doesnt get low. Theres much more to include novice wr route tree in a novice offense
