The recipe was simple, run the ball with a few passes mixed in and most likely we win the game. On a side bar- Josh has to learn how to sell play action and also hand the ball off. How many times is he running forward while handing it off? It is sooooo bizarre and impedes our RB. Stick the ball in his bread basket and let him do his thing.

Yes sir! Gore rips one run a game then gets stuffed on 8-12 other runs. I love the guy but he is done as an NFL back. I hope the Bills go after a big bruising back. If I remember right, every offense Daboll has ran hovered around 26th-28th in ranking. Trends rarely ever lie.

I would love them too, however, they have whiffed so many times on coaches will they take the risk on this guy? My guess is McDaniels is their next HC. Problem is, Baker isn’t Brady so it will be fun to see how he fairs the second time around as a HC.

Houston was tackling so poorly against the run and Daboll totally steered away from it. This offense needs an upgrade at OC and a few more weapons. It just isn’t a finished product.

The next step is to keep this D together and the offense adding some pieces, Josh improving and scoring more points. Allow me to add, and I can’t believe I am saying this, but Poyer seemed like a diminished player this season. Maybe analytics etc can prove me wrong but to the naked eye he just did not seem the same.
