  1. Second run in with the Law...this time a loaded gun in the trunk. Not registered either. Everyone is in dreamland if they dont think he gets suspended. And it will be a 2 game minimum at least.
  2. Are you really serious? A less than tough QB, a running back who is in trouble and will be suspended for some games, O line problems....aka Peters, No D line, weak LB's and did I forget...Dicky J. 5-11 thats where we will be. Please put the bong away now thanks.
  3. This part is funny in one of the Denver Scheffler links; Scheffler is a very good receiving tight end that has had a series of injuries in his time with Denver. He would be an excellent addition for Buffalo, who recently lost tight end Robert Royal to the Cleveland Browns. Um we didnt lose him to the Browns we released the bum.
  4. They all ready made him a great offer..reports are around 8 mil a year. Not bad for a guy who was undrafted. He also has been restructured once before for 4.5 mil per year. I dont think he is worth more than 8 mil and I dont think the Bills brass thinks he is either. I would let him rot. We own him for 2 years and a third if we wanna tag him.
  5. If I were the GM I would be Mackin on the Jills
  6. 2 first rounders would take up 1/10 of the cap space!
  7. How is drugs and a loaded gun childs play? He is just lucky that nothing bad happened thats all.
  8. Sapp was a "butterball"
  9. Teams win the super bowl...a smart QB manages the game. It took peyton many years to figure that out. And remember Trent Dilfer? He was a little short on skill but all he had to do was not mess things up!
  10. Are you crying in your beer right now?
  11. I think you need some prozac.
  12. great point...keeping him would be good and the o line is very important, especially in nov/dec. BUt is he worth 11 mil? Im not sure about that.
  13. I believe...and dont quote me on this...but the Bills offered him a contract around 8 mil a season. That by not standard is chump change. ANd he was under contract making 4.5 mil per year. He already had his contract re structured once. And now we have made him another good offer. At some point a team has to say enough is enough. Jason Peters isnt bigger than the Bills or the NFL.
  14. Beacuse some teams are in dire need of a solid LT and they are hard to come by. I dont think he is all that either but he is one of the better options for some teams.
  15. Tea Bag him LOL
  16. Thats what I have been thinking. We dont really lose anything. He was undrafted and is turning into a big pain in the a#$. If we can get a number one and maybe a 3 or 4 I would be all over it. If not I would let him rot the next 2 years....he is still under contract and then year 3 slap the franchis tag on him. He forgets we are really in the drivers seat.
  17. I think everyone is really reaching with his faults. The kid can play.
  18. I will say it again...if he is there at 11 take him. I was so mad at the Bills brass when we passed on ngata!
  19. Punch away
  20. Our division opponents got some padded offensive rankings due to our porous D.
  21. Amen! Remember how good we were with Pat williams and sam adams?
  22. Why do so many people fail to understand the concept you just stated. Everything starts in the trenches and when your d line can win those battles its much easier for the LB's to operate. And then that trickles to the DB's. Look at Ray Lewis, Bart Scott etc... would they have been so succesful without that great Ravens Line. The answer is..probably not. Any\d I am not takin away from them, they are great LB's.
  23. Great point.
  24. OK not close in terms of 14th and 28th however this is a defense that has been in place for 3 years. I hope you are right about a pass rush because if not it will be a long season.
  25. Sure our offense was awful too I cant argue there. But our D was equally as bad and we need more than just a pash rusher though. Our LB corps is weak.
