We had 3 timeouts, after we had 2.
-
Ok I know all of us are fuming from the heartbreak, and I am too. This team has to learn how to win the close ones. I thought Alex Van Pelt really did a great job last night. He is only going to get better callin games and preparing his team. The last 50 second debacle wasnt his fault as everything at that point is coming from the sidelines and the QB. How in the heck do you burn a timeout after a kickoff? And Perry Fewell, shame on him for going to the prevent. Keep with what is working. Anyways, I am encouraged with what AVP did last night and I think this offense will start to turn the corner. Someone needs to work with Bell and calm him down, too many penalties from him last night, but overall the O line did well. I am going to say this again, Fred Jackson is better the Marshawn. This team has to learn to get Roscoe more involved like the Eagles do with their little receiver, I am having a brain fart rememberin his name right now. I thought trent played well up until the last few minutes and then he had a complete meltdown. In year 3 of a QB this shouldnt be happeneing anymore, but maybe with a few more weeks with AVP things will settle some. Before Pos got hurt he was all over the field. Stroud was a beast last night and Kyle Williams has really improved. Leodis was getting turned inside out all night. Whitner didnt do a bad job but needs to start making some big plays. Reggie Corner is the real deal as the nickel corner. And McGee had his hands full all night with Moss and did well. We need to stop putting LBs all by themselves on TE's! Schoebel had a good game too...I will eat crow on being so down on him in the off season.

Your Welcome! My time in the Marines is rapidly coming to a close, however..... I respectfully report to you that we as Americans are in great hands with the young Men and Women who continue to volunteer and uphold the high standards and traditions of our Armed Forces. -

e And I think the P ats D is weak in talent, and will try to mask it with stunts and odd looks. We need to go after them, be physical and take our shots when they are there. -

Well said thanks for your input. And I was thinking the same thing...our secondary needs to snag some balls and take it to the house. D needs to force some 3 and outs too. I am not that worried about ST...remember they were using alot of different people. I dont think roscoe, leodis or mcgee returned anything...I may be wrong though. And few penalties is a huge plus, but it doesnt outweigh that DJ always plays not to lose. Anyways, again a well said reply! And thanks for not barfing on me!!!! -

I dont think I could ever forget this day in history. I was teaching my young Marines and Sailors in Pensacola 8 years ago, and remember one of my counterparts walking in the classroom and saying the WTC was hit by a plane. And then another one, and the crash in PA. What a sad sad day that was. The only silver lining to the whole thing is we have a better understanding of our enemy and I dont think any terrorist will ever bring any American plane down again with box cutters or other light weapons without a fight. The victims should be honored with a national holiday. God Bless America. Semper Fi. -
Ok heres what I believe will have to happen in order for us to walk away with a W. A solid running attack where our time of possesion is around 35 minutes. The O line has to fire off and Jackson must rush for at least 125 yards. Trent Edwards cant played scared and needs to take some shots against a weak Pats Secondary, their CB.s dont match up to our Receivers. We have to win the turnover battle, strong special teams play and no communication blunders from the sideline. Our defense has got to get some pressure on Brady, make the pocket small at least so he isnt comfortable stepping into the ball. Pos has got to be able to recognize whats going on and get his D in the right positions. And lets all hope Maybin can come in and contribute. We wont outcoach Bellicheat but if we limit mistakes and play solid we do have a chance. There ya have it. Opinions? Feel free to blast away if I missed something. The season is reay to start woohoo...its like XMAS in September. Semper Fi.

Fair enough! A concussion will do. But damn, what about Pennington and Sanchez...maybe a broken pinky or something HA!!!! Just kidding.
-
woops....Karma...is that how its spelled?
-
I never said I wont be watching them or wanting them to win. I was merely stating that no one should wish another player get seriously hurt, there is much more to life than football. And I would never want the Bills to sink to the level of the Patriots and cheat and hurt players like they have. Charma is a B word, and what goes around comes around. Eventually Bellicheat will get his dont you fret. But lets not sink to their levels. Us Buffalonians are better than thatt

Belichick Without Brady is Nothing

Say what you want...the guy has rings and we dont. -
So you say that its awful to wish our team to lose but its ok for you to say its ok for someone to be injured? What a joke. But honestly, no one will even touch brady, schoebel will be 10 yards behind the pocket and kelsay will be standing there looking dumb as always.
-
I think its a solid tie! How ironic that Ralph kinda enabled Oaklands mess by lending Al Davis money to keep them afloat.
-
I am not sure I can agree. Think about this, why is kelsay and Schoebel still around? And Ellison too. And Why do we have a marketing guy as our head football man? And why is a 91 year old owner still meddling in football affairs. I honestly think the Bills will never be viable unless they get a quality GM, HC and coordinators. Until then we wont even be mediocre.

They got rid of walker and re signed chambers.

What makes you believe our defense is solid?
