Anyone have a hunch on the next O, D, And ST Coordinators? I wonder if anyone has been interviewed yet as it has been very tight lipped after the Gailey hire. Would love to see a 3-4 back in Buffalo...anyone that remembers wades D here must admit it was pretty damn good!

I would say, and in no particular order, Shawn Nelson, Fred Jackson, Eric Wood, Jarius Byrd and Terrence McGee..problem is after this mentioned theres not many other players that really come close..so I anticipate lots of heads rolling.

Over the past few days I have been reading all the threads...most negative, some positive. And yes, for the past 10 years we have hired the wrong coaches and missed on many draft picks. I dont think anyone disputes that. That being said, how come everyone thinks the Buddy Nix and the Chan Gailey hire is so terrible? I will briefly speak of both then would really love to hear everyones inputs. Buddy Nix has been eating and breathing football for over half his life...us as bills fans have been asking for a football guy as a GM for some time now, and it seems we got our wish yet many feel its a bad move. I am willing to have an open mind and say, show me on the field. Did everyone know 2 years ago he was the assistant GM under AJ Smith in San diego and then was brought here as a scout. Seems to me like the deal of Buddy Nix being the next GM was already in the making if you ask me. Let him come in as a scout, under the radar, evaluate and then bang...take it all over. Just sayin. On to Chan, If you look at his credentials, they are pretty darn good. A winning record in Dallas and still gets fired and now Jones said what a mistake that was. All his coordinator positions he has done real well yet has been shunned by alot of the media...I think this guy has alot to prove and also understands how to mold a QB. Lets give them (Buddy and Chan) a chance and see what happens. By March 1, I am willing to bet many players will be shown the door I.E ellison, whitner etc... So for now lets enjoy the offseason and see what the future brings, it cant get any worse. GO BILLS.

Maybe...but one on one coverage is just that. There were times where he plain out got beat...it wasnt like he was sliding somewhere else because he had support over the top...he got roasted badly numerous times.

I did too...it was really bad. With his speed he shouldnt of been getting roasted the way he was.

Leodis was getting turned around all over the place before he got injured. And our LB corps is crap. Other than that things are just peachy on that side of the ball.

2 Letters...GM....sorry but the fans arent going to buy into the marketing games anymore. If the Bills dont get a football guy to run things and some kind of vision...tickets and paraphenalia sales will plummet, I will put money on it. However your post is interesting.

9 picks in 13 games...and Byrd has only started/played in a handful. Also tackles well in space. Seems to always be in the right place at the right time. Thats not coincidence. Does he make the pro bowl? I certainly think he is worthy of it.

I Have been too (2) Jax games when I was stationed in Pensacola. One was a Bills game and one was a Colts game. Both games werent sold out and I was amazed at the lack of football IQ from the fans and the atmosphere in the stadium was rather lame. That being said it is a very nice area...staying at the omni at the Landing was alot of fun...lots of bars and restaraunts down there and then getting on the ferry down the river to the stadium was kinda cool. They have a nice deal down there and no one really appreciates it. I expect JAX will be the team that goes to LA. Yeah yeah I know the woner says hes not moving them...but what owner would? Thats his bargaining chip for the best offer possible.
