I am not so sure "lil donte" And nix are the same. Nix has been eating, sleeping and breathing football for more than half his life. I dont think he is acting like a "bully". Looks to me like he is trying to change the losing laid back culture of the franchise. Last I checked there is only 32 teams and not everyone gets to be a GM. However, theres a reason he was the assistant in San Diego, take a look at how they are doing. They are a small market also. And did you ever stop and think why he came here last year as a scout? It looks to me like he was brought here to really eveluate things for the next year and take over. Think about it? I am not saying we are not dysfunctional at the moment, but at least we have a football guy finally running that side of the house and not a marketing guy. Just sayin.

Under the Jauron regime, the team had injuries of epic proportion..and yes its a rough sport. But when you consistently have many more that other team you better look at your training staff and the camp you run.

Poz plays with the weakest D line and linebacking corps in the league. Its really hard to gauge him with this group and with that crap tampa 2. I dont know many linebackers that can shed blocks from offensive lineman.

Yes, the Bills havent ran the 3-4 since Wade was here. We switched when Wade was fired and the defense hasnt even been respectable since. So yeah, we switched, was it the right move, probably not seeing the 3-4 gives offenses fits. Looks like we know who our OC is, and if Pees comes in definitely the 3-4 where maybin and Poz will man the OLB spots.

We do need a DT and and LT, no ones is debating that. But you wont win consisently without a franchise QB...look at philly, San diego, NE, Indy and NO as examples of that. The Bills just dont have a Leader on the O side of the ball, and when you get a chance to grab one its a must.
