    Love me some Carlos Hyde, 6 ft 236 lbs extremely strong, nose for the endzone, tough between the tackles, breaks tackles. Wont be there in the fourth if hes there in the 3rd its exactly what we need. Yeah i know, 3 game suspension. Worth the risk.

    Wanna know whats amazing, he got up. Hate to say it but the guy can play and lead. We are all jealous. Our QBs are junk thats EJ included until he improves, or at least we hope he does.

    If im Marrone then Wade is my choice. You have a guy who is proven as a DC which means low risk high reward. Undoubtly he would be the assistand HC as well. Hiring from within is very dangerous as we have a very weak staff. That bein said its the Bills so we will do something overly stupid. Im sure Marrone has a Cronie somewhere needing a job also. This is going to get funny.

    BINGO!!! And now more than ever, its a QB driven league. Use the Denver vs NE game as an example....it boiled down to Manning outplaying Brady in that game.

    Sorry, but we need a TE in rd 1 or take manziel if hes there. But he wont be most likely. Rd 2 grab a LB. Rd 3 OG and after that find a big strong running back. Our team is too soft still. Time to start smashing people in the mouth.

    Just cuz you draft someone, esp in the 6th rd doesnt mean alot to me. Let them compete thats what makes a team stronger. Im all for EJ earning his keep also, not just handed the keys.

    Earl Thomas has been a beast out there. But his role is a lil different than the other 2 you meantion. I dont think you can compare them. He is having a killer year.

    They have exactly what you want in the playoffs, a very tough ground and pound. I have to agree, Brady is doing exactly what is needed to win. They manhandled Indy yesterday.

    Get a TE RB in rd 3 that can get tough yards Draft a QB in rd 1 OG in rds 2 and 4 Big target WR thru FA or later rounds, letting nelson go big mistake imo. Nice post, these ones are fun.

    I enjoy alot of what you say, this not so much. ST coaching is huge. Players have to be put in the right scheme to succeed. Discipline in the unit is also set by the ST coach. This is the type of move that sinks a HC.
