  1. Indy isnt scared...not when you have Luck.
  2. Ah yes, because Cassel has so much leverage. This is just another bonehead move.
  3. I dont think its about trusting the coaches you mentioned, its about the final decisions that are made. And this one smells rotten to me. Hopefully TT plays awesome because if Cassel comes in once the weather changes were in trouble. My seasons are on the 50, dead on ten rows up behind the Bills bench. Pre season game number 3 , EJ and Cassel playing catch on sidelines. My son who is 12 says to me "dad, why is EJ throwing so hard and Cassel has nothing on his"? Well buddy thats easy, EJ has a very strong arm and is actually taking alot off of it and Cassel has a weak arm and is probably even putting a little into it. Anyways im not being doom and gloom but there is a reason why this guy has been bounced around like a skank at a frat party.
  4. As they were smart enough to tell EJ your the number 2 then bring journeyman junk back. Im not bashin ya but im slowly losing respect for rex especially after he calls Carpenter out publicly. EJ should be totally pissed. Freakin Cassel over EJ--with Cassel you know what you got. Its the sissy safe call. With EJ either hes going to bust out or not but his upside is still there with minimal starts. This organization still comtinues to baffle me as if their are indians making voodoo dolls and controlling them---were cursed I swear.
  5. Agreed but emphasises the sad state of affairs with our QB depth ....heck we really dont know about TT until bullets fly
  6. I dont like the move at all, cost savings besides the point. Journey man weak arm that just isnt a quality number 2. EJ must have had a terrible week of practice to be at the 3 string. I thought he looked good in the third game. We better hope Taylor plays well and doesnt get injured. Isnt it great 3 years after EJ was a number 1 pick he is sitting at the third string.
  7. I will take an OL that can rotate to center.
  8. My bad for some reason I had groin on the brain. Yes the kicker has to get the job done that being said regardless what leg the injury was on it can cause problems. One foot gets planted and one kicks. I agree in ten days we need reliability and to win games im just saying calling him out like he is worthless isnt so smart.
  9. I dont like Rex calling out his players in press conferences. As much as he is a players coach that can cause you to lose a team. Carpenter has had 2 solid years here and is just coming back from a groin injury so maybe that has something to do with it?
  10. Simms looked really good and I agree the backwwards pass thing was pretty bad. His numbers would of easily climbed above 300 if Davis isnt being held by the back of the jersey half way down the field. That pass would of been on the money and taken to the house. Also, a few receivers ran wrong routes or simply didnt come back to him when he was in trouble. Simms had great pocket presence besides one pass batted down from the nose tackle--a simple shift right into the throwing lane would of alleviated that. All in all the kid for year 2 is pretty darn good and has a strong arm. We could say he did this against number 3 and 4s on the detense but he also did this with our scraps on offense. I think Ryan believes in him and he sticks.
  11. Who cares lets knock the crap out of him
  12. Doesnt get head around-concerned
  13. Jackson over Cribbs! And Ronnie Harmon? The rest is pretty good.
  14. I used to think the same thing and told myself 14 games and only 2 years in the league. He is on year 3, and many QBs make the leap. After watching his recent play he is beginning to do that. Pocket awareness much better, buying time in the pocket much improved--shifting or stepping into the pocket, setting his feet huge improvement, and let me tell you watching him live , the kid has a cannon for an arm. And lets not forget he is extrememly mature and a good team player. EJ sticks Cassel goes because he has a noodle arm that wont cut it in Buffalo. ^this^
  15. And overrated however has he been looking worse due to poor guys on the line in the past?
  16. I just thought it was an interesting thing for people to read and nothing more Not sure how that has to do with McCoy being worried just thiought itt was interestsing especially seeing Deonte Thompsonnis from there.
  17. They sure would...Cassel stinks the end
  18. Been saying this all along TT, EJ, bye Cassel----Simms practice squad
  19. Where do people come up with this stuff. He has lived and produced on the big stage in Philly at a very high level. McCoy will be just fine
  20. If this has ever been discussed sorry I used the search function and didnt see anything. Recently I learned about a correlation between chasing rabits out of the sugar kane fields in south Florida to playing in the NFL. Deonte Thompson is another one from a main town in south Florida called Belle Grande. Anyways I found it interesting and heres a link. Scroll down to notable people and you will be surprised. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belle_Glade,_Florida
  21. EJ is finally transitioning into a quality QB and has a cannon for an arm. Cassel is a Jorneyman with a dink and dunk noodle arm that wont cut through the winds in November and December. EJ sticks, Cassel gone, Simms to practice squad.
  22. Bone density totally matters wow I cannot believe you even said that. I dont think Woods would of been hurt on that play. Anyways it doesnt really matter the kids gone because he cant stay healthy. Goodwin doesnt lift in the offseason. Here is a nice article for you to read. Go Bills. http://athleticlab.com/strength-training-to-prevent-injury-by-morgan-pillsbury/
