Nothing better than a father/son game. Since I was 4 I started going to the games with my dad, grandpa, and brother. We have had seasons since conception and its so nostalgic to me and awesome when I take my son. I sit back and think, wow 4 generations! Have a super time today and welcome home.

Wifi during the third pre season game wasnt available in my section 134 until the second quarter. A tech had come down and checked on it after it went up and all was well from there on. Hope that helps

I didnt see anyone else talking about this so I thought this warranted a thread and it is something we have to look out for. On two seperate occasions last night I saw receivers run crossing routes, one being slightly deeper than the other. At the same exact time another receiver/tight end would get in the middle and set pick. On one particular play the guy setting the pick actually stopped and crossed his arms right in front of the officials while stopping the coverage guy. Did anyone else see this? If we want to stop these guys then we better be ready to combat this.

Hubs and routers can be encrypted as well. We used them in the military. Every single point of a comm system can be locked and someone MUST try to get in. It isnt a random thing. There is no way that the radio broadcast goes through any point of a secure closed looped system without someone trying. My absolute point is someone gained access one way or another. This **** doesnt just magically happen. I dont drive down the road listeninh to 96.9 and all of a sudden 107.1 shows up on that frequency rain or shine.

Nice thought process and I like the post. I will point out that Jam basically shuts down all trasmission/reception when it comes to communications. This was different- the frequencies or coding system used in the entire loop of the headsets had to be comprimised. I dont know enough about the NFL headsets in regards to what encryption technology they use but its most likely a frequency hop or pure encryption. For the radio broadcast to get into a frequency hopped system that radio broadcast would have to be on the same GPS time hopping thru the set range of frequencies together. For the broadcast to get into an encrypted coded system that broadcast has to have the code to communicate in. There is no doubt that foul play occured. In a non coded, non encrypted comm system that just runs on frequency alone the headsets would have to have been on the same frequency as the broadcast. The weather doesnt cause that sort of thing to happen.

Its purely speculation but it is possible the pats planned for the headsets to be turned off. Why were the Pats having no problem at all getting plays in when the headsets were off? And why did the Steelers have problems getting calls in? Look to the gronk TD early in the game when the Steelers were so confused and out of position. The Pats racked up 14 points in rapid fashion before the issue was resolved. I could get technical on how this actually happens in the headset because I was an avionics tech on harriers in the Marines. I am not going to do that because frankly someone will get all nuts about this. I will keep it simple tho- for the radio station to stream into the headsets they have to be on the same frequency. If there was EMI going on then I would concede that there was no foul play.
