What I want is quality coaches on the team. IMO Rob, Dennis, and Danny dont fit the bill.

Last year, the 2015 Bills had the second largest coaching staff behind the Eagles. What I found really interesting is we had 3, yes 3 coaches dedicated just to special teams. We all know how atrocious that phase of the game was for us. It really cements, in my mind anyways, that Crossman has to go. If he cant get better results with the extra eyes and ears then he obviously isnt the man for the job. In Rex fashion, he adds more to the defensive side of the ball getting his brother on the payroll. Maybe its too many chiefs and not enough indians blurring the lines? Rex and Rob are sub par coaches through the years. I am exactly where you are at. With many holes to fill and bad coaching we will be lucky to win 6.

I could of picked any of the definitions and you would of used another. Everyone on here knows the Big Bad Cat is always right. Its all good you keep on keepin on with your "I am always right no matter what" stance. The only thing obtuse is you. Seriously, lets grab a beer one day. I doubt you talk to me this way in person. We would probably get along just fine because you might be wise enough to realize that a guy who has been in multiple warzones, has seen combat, has 11 lives so far will have no patience for someone as harsh as you. I think this week is going to be interesting. I am going to go out on a limb and say by the end of the week or early next week Thurman is gone. Hopefully Crossman is shown the door as well. As for guns a blazin goes- we obviously were outcoached in many games last year. Anyone with a little bit of football IQ could see that. I could give 20 examples off the top of my head but we all know them. If Rex wants to keep coaching he will have to let go of the loyalty to his peeps and axe some people.

I like discussing this stuff chan. As much as im numb to the Bills it is still nice to BS about our team. If there is a thread started that I dont think is overly worthy then I simply move along. So do you interpret this as an assistant DC as well? I mean what is that anyways? Arent all the positional coaches assistant to the coordinators? Man this is confusing lol.

Will he consult on how to be a worse D than last year? Roman should be the assitant coach, Thurman should of been shown the door along with Crossman. But here we are with more of the same - of course Brandon looms in the background. Frankly, I dont care anymore its comical to me. Dont drink the kool aid. I will bet my left testicle that we will be 17 years next season. Middle ground- kind of like our record year in and year out.

Honestly a Cinci fan- it was shameful what that team did last night and then the fans throwing stuff on the field and and big Ben when he was hurt. At least we do our dirty stuff in the lots pre game and during lol

1:36 left- pitt has all timeouts and cinci up by one. Cinci has ball on the 20ish area of pitt. I would of downed it 3 times, burned clock to 50 seconds , kicked field goal, kicked off and make pitt score a td with 45 seconds left or so. Instead they fumble on a run up the gut. That started the downward spiral. Just plain dumb football.

How does anyone justify dropping 345 lb DTs and 310 lb DEs into pass coverage? Even if they all got the scheme down it isnt effective in todays NFL. Next year will tell all for each and everyone of us who has gone back and forth over the past weeks.
