This has nothing to do with the players ages during the drought. It has more to do with an organization that just cant get it right. Your welcome to do whatever you want to do. BTW my seniority as a season ticket holder is 318, yes- since incubation my friend. Im not satisfied anymore with just having a team or almost making the playoffs. We hired the wrong coach, again! In ten weeks lets discuss this further. I will be at the game on Thursday cheering our team on but my expectations are low.

When have you seen what they can do? What does this team do so well that will make most believe tnis team can win? Our team has a nasty little trend and that is 16 years. Going on 17 of no playoffs is very realistic with a subpar coach/staff and a very thin roster in many positions, LB, receiver, and Tight end come to mind. So until the Bills learn to win consistently many will doubt them, including me. To be honest, I think the team is in shambles. I see a grose carry over from last season to this.

Ever watch him run routes? Ever watch him adjust on a ball? Ever watch him on an end around? Pay close attention to those and you may change your view. He doesnt do any of what I mentioned well. Add cant break a tackle into the mix and what you have is a guy who can run deep- thats it.

I think the poster was trying to say was where Reed is at within the coaching hierarchy he isnt very accountable for what he says/does. Thats just my take.
