Be fiscally responsible in FA- get a RB, O lineman or 2, and a WR - best bang for the buck. Re sign Jordan Phillips for sure at DT. Bring in another LB as well. If we do that the Bills will be in Position to draft BPA throughout the draft- possibly sliding out of the 2-4 draft slot gaining additional picks.

Spot on assessment- I think its important to remember the cards he is dealt right now. The horse stable is bare man- I wanna give him 1 more year. It is tough to coach when offense and special teams is a cluster. Today he can start by firing Crossman. After that start strategizing with the offense and what we need in the offseason.
