  1. The numbers show nothing with this dysfunctional offense. Lets shore up the Oline and hope JA is the annointed one- then we can fully assess Mr Jones.
  2. The great thing about Clubs is their is no line - you have your own gate to go in to. If you are in rows 1-8 you will be under cover and heat lamps. my section last year was pretty cool- people were friendly- but yeah, people dont take kindly to standing there but can you blame them? They are paying for some added peace and a different game day experience. It is nice to have a full bar and drinks all game. Van Miller has Dinasaur bbq if you like that thing. Also, Beef on weck, italian sausage, pizza, carved turkey sammy’s etc. If the weather is crummy you can go in 2 hours early and party up there! Enjoy!!!!
  3. Love this post! Well thought out- Going into the draft, like I have said before- grab a beast mode RB- look to release Ivory or Murphy if that happens.
  4. Maybe but I tend to think OL/WR. It also hinges on FA/trades as well.
  5. If I was a betting man the Bills will trade out of their number 1 spot and get an additional 1 or 2 next year and a 2 this year (maybe more). They will draft with the first 3 picks WR, OL (guard/center) and DT. Out of those 3 positions whatever the BPA when they pick each time is how they MAY proceed. OK- this is all speculation and hinges on FA but thats how I see it now. Later in the second day of the draft the Bills take a stud, smash it between the tackles RB- boy I would love to see a Natron Means/Travis Henry type back punishing the Pats and everyone else.
  6. Kyle Williams- such a standup guy- best of luck to him. I cant wait to see his name on the wall of fame!
  7. Thanks 26- Merry Christmas
  8. -AJ Green if available- 2 year deal- coming off an injury and 30 I know - Draft the kid from Ole Miss or Arizona State - Shore up O line in FA and the draft - Draft a pound the rock RB rounds 3-4 or 5 if one falls that we love.
  9. Nice to see some wisdom on this board- we can shore up the line in the offseason but it may not be a finished product- lets get a smash it in between the tackles Natron Means/Travis Henry kind of back 3rd-5th round. Heck, lets get 2 of them ?
  10. Exactly or day 2, rd 3 if a guy you really like is there.
  11. So cynical- I am just pointing out we are in good shape going into the offseason. Im done talking with you as you add no value to my life- addition by subtraction
  12. Or botch another snap... 91 mil in cap (will be more after a few releases) and ten drafts picks along with the QB position being a little more settled tells me the chances are better for us to start the rise to the top. Most teams overpay for FA’s- it is just how it is. RB in rd 3-4 can be an instant contributor. WR in FA will contribute and 1 in the draft may really shore things up 2 Olineman in FA and 1 or 2 in the draft- good there TE in the draft and allow Croom to keep developing CB in the draft- may contribute day 1 Add additional defense as well - The sky isnt falling my friend.
  13. A cohesive, well orchestrated coaching staff is what seperates the good from the bad. It is all the little things that are done in preparation that will make a team successful. The Pats are the best in the business at that. I said in another thread about eye black- if Fosters wearing some maybe he comes down with that long ball. We just dont do the little things right. Special Teams is the one place when you mess up your assignment it is amplified i.e not staying in your lane, poor tackling, over pursuit, and getting the snap down. Week in and week out ST’s are brutal - that speaks directly to Danny Crossman. I think Daboll isnt doing a bad job- we all know what he has to work with and it starts with the worst O line ive seen in Bills history. Poor technique, guards that cant pull, abysmal pass protection, and hat on hat they blow no one off the ball. Miller, Mills, Teller, Ducasse, Groy, and the rest have no business starting.
  14. Good HC’s have to hire the right coordinators
  15. Im all for cutting Shady but no way to we sign Bell for a massive amount of money. Draft one and pay the rookie price.
  16. Amen- finally someone who gets it. This current staff has done things that are so baffling. Peterman was a good example and making a 6’5 LB play the middle who cant get low and tackle is insane to me. I think McKenzie is a stud athlete but doesnt play smart and doesnt get extension with his hands. We did a poor job at the RB position this year also. Bla bla its all old hat really
  17. 2 top rated? Best in the NFL? They definitely know more than I do but everyone has oversights - Edmunds isnt a MLB.
  18. I know enough to understand he isnt a MLB- its not rocket science.
  19. If he stays at MLB it shows the ineptitude of the coaching staff. 20 year olds know how to tackle and lower their pads- he doesnt.
  20. The problem is he isn’t doing the basics right- starting with tackling and over pursuit.
