    I don’t know I am not behind closed doors with them. I do feel this team is heading upward still but McDermitt will not get fired unless we have a complete meltdown and that is iffy. We are 5-2 and on to the Skins.

    They screwed up the RB position. McCoy should of stayed imo and Singletary needs more touches. Yesterday they scratch Yeldon and bring up Senorise but only use him on special teams- which that unit stunk too.

    No identity on offense and often poor design or wrong situational play.

    Sometimes the D lineman on a good defensive unit that we do not hear a lot about is a good thing. We don’t know what is being asked of him in regards to his role. I was guilty of bashing on Shaq but as I learned more of his role I was a tad harsh.

    Yep- it shows as the season goes on the team continues to improve! It also shows the culture change recognizes adversity and overcomes it.

    Do some more research if you haven’t already on Allens college career path vs Goff. Im happy to have Allen in year 2 at 62 percent completion rate with a lot of upside left. Lets hope as Bills fans he continues to get better. Go Bills

    Short sited- Allen is in year 2 and is progressing nicely. Goff is considered a top ten QB this year is a slightly down year for him but he will rebound. As we continue the grind of the NFL season Allen should continue on his upward trajectory.

    It is still a ton of yards out of a TE no matter how you slice it and dice it - chains are moving and TD’s are being scored.

    I found their board to not be as substantial as ours but their is some good stuff in there. I think the Eagles fans have a few more boards as well.
