Betting our oline would grade near the bottom of the league. Josh avoids so many sacks and keeps the chains moving with his scrambling ability. Call me a homer, but I don’t think you could swap Josh for any other qb in the league and the Bills finish with a +.500 record.

Agreed. Too many injuries on defense to try and trade to fill all those missing pieces. The only option is trading for a stud wr. I do think one of the glaring weaknesses with our offense is the lack of speed to keep defenses honest. Although Mike Evans isn’t a speed guy, he is a huge target and red zone threat. He’s no spring chicken, but has enough left to make a difference and probably won’t cost a ton. I feel like he offers the most bang for your buck and would be a difference maker.

Our oline really stepped it up at the end of that year. That was the difference in the shaky start and us being white hot heading into the playoffs that year.

Absolutely, especially considering we suck at drafting.

I agree they need to invest in the oline, but also need depth at other positions. It’s seems like the dline and qb are the only positions in which we have serviceable serviceable backups.
