  1. Plus he's going to want guaranteed money up front. And with a potential lock out next season any team that does this is taking a huge risk. I don't see anything like this happening for the Bills until the labor dispute is settled.
  2. Mr. Golds meetings would make Hard Knocks with Rex Ryan seem like a meeting of choir boys.
  3. Seems to me that Trent seems to look better on opening drives of games and progressively gets worse throughout the game. It feels like the defenses settle in and take control of Trent's tendencies. I'd take the ball more times than not.
  4. I'm not advocating that we have the QB that can make this read and throw, but I know for sure, we don't give the kind of protection needed to consistently produce it. If our offensive line isn't to blame for the lack of success in this area, at the very least they leave us wondering who's fault it is. Unfortunately we won't know the answers to this question because we haven't upgraded either position.
  5. I can tell you're a real nice person. I'm glad you're a part of this board

  6. The 15-20 yard pass is the crucial play that will either make this offense go or be its Achilles heel. For any offense this is the most difficult pass to have success with, but it’s something all the good offenses have in common. Some like to blame Edwards ie: Captain Check Down, Trentative Edwards, etc. But if I had the same protection he gets, I’d check down and chuck bombs too. It was nice to see the 70 yard bomb to Evans, but I’ll start getting confident when/if the intermediate plays come. And it needs to 5-7 times per game for this team to succeed. My guess is we will struggle to produce that pass play for most of the year.
  7. I forgot we could do that too Dean.
  8. I've been navigating for about an hour, everything looks great.
  9. Dean - when I first joined the wall I had issues with guys climbing all over me just because this board tends to do that based on post totals. You gave me some great advice on how to deal with it, and I appreciate it. But man, comments like this is the majority of what you do now. I'm sort of disappointed at how combative you've become and kind of rude.
  10. Good point, him too for sure.
  11. LeBatarde took another shot at the Bills tonight on PTI. When asked if the pre-season games tonight were worth watching. He said something close to - Yes it's worth watching the Bills to witness a team that bad. I know Dan dislikes us because he's a Miami guy, but overall this team is already getting laughed at. Help me out guys, I'm already feeling deflated. Not because of some idiots comments on ESPN, but because I'm starting to feel like I'm the fool for continuing to support this team. I was completely embarrassed last week by this teams play.
  12. I signed up, but can't figure out how to get the free one. Help.
  13. I agree with Union2008, the kid just seems awfully immature. You can tell Mark Brunell wants nothing to do with him on a personal level. In the second episode of Hard Knocks Sanchez is making fun of how a D-Lineman is walking and was going on and on about it, Brunell didn't laugh once.
  14. You don't think we've had offensive line injuries? Furthermore you always miss a beat when your starters aren't in there.
  15. I understand what your saying, but there are always 5 or 6 guys talked about before the college season. Then in the end there's one maybe two that end up proving they are first round talent. I.E. Jevan Snead.
  16. Football is more fun when Favre is in the game. I love watching the guy play. And for a Bills fan, when there's often little to be excited about, it's fun to have some things that keep the love of football alive.
  17. Boring! We deserve better than this post.
  18. Yeah I agree, Celania is hard not to like. I'm friends with him on facebook, only because I want him to win the friends challenge. If he would ever stay up past 6 pm, he'd be a fun guy to have a beer with.
  19. Well Steve Smith does have a good relationship with Celania and that's why he calls into the Mac Attack, but by in large WFNZ has a terrible relationship with the Panthers. The coaches wouldn't be caught dead speaking to them. And for good reason, the coverage is atrocious. Completely lacking any professionalism, thought, and any knowledge. It's all "open up a can of woop a$$" junk. I can't stomach it. I listen for a bit while Cowherd is on. After Gary Williams left, that was it for me and the morning show. Listening to Mac breath in like a stalker drives me nuts. Pacman doesn't even listen to any of his guests or callers. If you disagree with him, you're wrong. The guys a buffoon.
  20. Don't get me wrong I can't wait to watch Spiller play, but "jumped off the screen this weekend" is a major overstatement. I think he should say he's sorry for saying that.
  21. I live in Charlotte too and I understand what you mean. But the Charlotte radio guys are a joke. They don't realize the entire country laughs at how piss poor this city is when it comes to supporting their pro teams. I would be willing to bet that the Panthers will have a worse record than us. Pacman, cmon, who can take this guy seriously. All they have is red neck jargon that appeals to a small portion of the City. That's why Gary Williams took off as soon as he could, he and Dave Jagler were the only level headed guys on the radio since I've been here, and they took off as soon as a better opportunity opened up. For God sakes, the Panthers players won't come within 10 feet of talking to WFNZ.
  22. Just noticed you were member #1, that's pretty cool.
  23. If you think the fans evaluate the head coach, your delusional. He doesn't need to show us anything.
