  1. So if the bills move to toronto, they won't even get to play outside? WTF!
  2. This is funny, I though Edwards looked a lot like Losman in Sunday's game.
  3. Seriously - you don't want to mess with al, he's a bad dude.
  4. Eh, Lee can make a lot of plays that a lot of top wideouts couldn't. Wasn't there some play against the phins where trent was being hit, and underthrew, and lee instantly read it and made the clutch catch instead of just running the route like a jamoke? That's why we pay him the big bucks... if he had a better corps of receivers to work with, I'm sure he'd put up great numbers for the stat-tards out there.
  5. Disagree on 3, I'm not too worried about the Jets, and as to 8, it's not really falling apart, it's just...not shiny. Also, the cards are a good team. They have played with a LOT of tenacity and energy since their route a week before the bills game, I am impressed. Warner is playing well, too, and is really a tough guy.
  6. I think the Jets' throwbacks look a little too much like Packer's jerseys, especially jersey #4.
  7. A very fair point in your second sentence, but note, though, that I said it "didn't help" - I did not mean to say that it "caused the loss" - my choice of words was bad. Anyway, you never want to see one of your own go down like that. And I will certainly agree that they were outplayed.
  8. It does seem like we are getting out-planned, at times, and until now we have been able to compensate. While our offense may be versatile in that it spreads the ball around, it doesn't appear to be versatile in terms of overall philosophy. And as far as defense, the coaches didn't even seem to want to adjust to the Cardinals plan of attack. Or maybe they tried, but couldn't. As all of us I'm sure did, I was just sitting there thinking, "so, when are they going to blitz for serious?" And, to agree with the above, while JP is certainly not to blame for losing on Sunday, Edwards being injured certainly did not help. It just deflates your spirit to see your team's "savior" for lack of a better word go down like a rag doll on the third play from scrimmage.
  9. Yeah - doesn't make too much sense in the NFL for a 7 day rule, that would automatically rule out playing in the next week's game (if there was one).
  10. Maybe Jauron is trying to pull a bellichick
  11. I can't wait for the division games, I expect some great football. I miss good AFC East matchups, they were always great to watch, even friends who are not Bills fans agree (I do not live in buffalo area).
  12. I think they sandbagged this one, because it was against an NFC team, so having the loss helps them in the event of a tie-breaker. *
  13. They should have given Van Pelt a temporary 1 game contract and threw him in there.
  14. It was certainly dirty. I don't think the initial hit was the problem, seemed like he led more with his chest, but the way he brought edwards down and ground his helmet into him was straight malicious. That, coupled with the ridiculous display of classiness in ripping off lynch's helmet for a knee to the head would warrant a hefty fine, IMO. The guy's a hitman.
  15. Yep. We need that Sam Gash type of FB, not a placeholder on the roster.
  16. Against the Titans in the playoffs, we should run home run throwback on the opening kickoff.
  17. If I were commish I would suspend for more than two games, that's just effed up. edit - isn't no eye gouging one of the only rules in all those extreme fighting sports?
  18. Man, I just can't get enough of bills praise. I'm ordering DirecTV basically so I can watch people talk about the bills during the winter, and maybe DVR some survivorman
