  1. In my world, I don't have a problem with breast implants or gay marriage.

The only lesbians in my world are hot. If they have big fake cans, who am I to argue.

If a heterosexual woman wants bigger cans, who am I to argue.

If to dudes want to hook up and leave more women with big cans who want to make out with each other for the rest of us, who am I to argue.

    Well played...

  2. Ok, so I've been trying to shed about 10lbs or so, and the diet is the same as what you guys wrote for gaining weight. Chicken, turkey, greens, ,fish, green tea... how is that so?

This guy wanted to lose weight and put on muscle. And you really can't do that, it's one or the other unless you're taking drugs. If you're looking to maintain or lose, I don't think 3 grams of creatine and green tea will hurt you. Or you want to be even leaner, then cut out the creatine. Creatine gets akin to steroids in some mythical way sometimes and I think it's ridiculous. Creatine is natural, 2 grams of creatine can be found in the average chicken breast. But my point is, it may help you muscles feel a little fuller, but not much. I think creatine is best used in moderate amounts, no loading phases, a maximum of 3-5g per day. Also, BCAA's are KEY to building lean muscle and much more beneficial than creatine! Ask any nutritionist.

Even if you are bulking, you still need to get protein from lean protein sources, such as beef sirloin, turkey, fish, and chicken will do as well. Fish is best for dieting, it's a natural laxative. And fish is never faced with food diseases (i.e. mad cow, salmonella, etc.) so it's 100x safer. Plus natural oils from fish are great for your joints, a plus if you lift, and fish is good for your skin.

I stir fry orange roughy with green peppers and onions, then buy those 10 minute microwavable brown rice bags from the grocery ( they're dirt cheap and the best way to cook brown rice) and mix it all together, tastes good with water, orange juice, or coke zero. Onions, peppers (red, green, yellow, orange), black pepper, hot sauce, are great fat burners. And I love spicy food, so it works out. Although unfortunately for those who I'm around after a meal who have to deal with fire breath.

Of course, when football season rolls around, it's a different story.... <_<

  3. People are just getting pissy because she gave her opinion on a very controversial subject. What did you expect?? She was put in a horrible position, no matter what.

But who cares about implants? The State of California should be in trouble and catching heat, not this girl. Any girl would take implants if you offered them.

  4. I skipped reading what most of these people wrote, but the key is your diet. Lean sources of protein, like turkey, beef sirloin, chicken, fish (orange roughy my favorite) is key. If you get protein from fatty sources, like ham, fast food, etc. it won't help.

Best diet supplement on the market and the most healthy is green tea. Live by it!

Also, why creatine if you are trying to cut? You can't do both unless you're taking a minimal amount of creatine like 3 grams a day. You are either bulking or cutting, now which is it?

Always start with cleansing supplement. Best way to kick start any diet. Also, you asorb more from supplements after you've cleaned our your wasteland.

Do cardio post-workout for 15 minutes, not before. Drink lots of water.

Remember, starches in the morning, not evenings! That means potatoes, breads, pasta, etc before 1pm! Brown rice is a good carb sources later evening etc.

As for your workout, keep your reps between 10-12 each set. Work, concentrate, and feel the muscle rather than go just balls heavy.

  5. MuscleTech products are crap. They (Iovate) are constantly in trouble with the feds. They got busted for loading their pro-hormones (back when they were legal) with real testosterone, not the pre-converters, Eric Moulds got in trouble for signing to be one of their spokemen back then because of this. Their products are over-hyped, over-priced crap. Best diet supplement on the market, most healthy is green tea. All natural and it works!

Anyone who thinks they can look like Jay Cutler (bodybuilder not Bears QB) by taking MuscleTech products are foolish.

  6. Drink Miller Lite, cut back on the drinking, drink more water, quit the fast food, quit the junk food. None of this is really bad if you do it in moderation. Doing it every day, or multiple times per day is what hurts you. Everything in excess can hurt you. Keep it in moderation.

  7. WTF is ESPN doing going back to that after it was so bad two hours ago?

Trey Wingo tried to smooth it out by saying young kids probably won't get Bill Cosby's humor, but I remember him when I was a kid and now he just seems like a crazed senile old man. I've heard awkward is the new funny.

  8. what are the chances of moveing back up into the 4th to grab Sidbury or Freeman?...trade the 5th and 6th to move back up..or does that sound crazy?

Sidbury's out. I think they've done an outstanding job so far. Addressed some needs, you can debate about Maybin over Orakpo, but they addressed the needs regardless.

  9.

    Shawn Nelson, Southern Miss

    Height: 6-5. Weight: 240.

    Projected 40 Time: 4.60.

    Combine 40 Time: 4.56.

    Benchx225: 19. Vertical: 33.

    Projected Round (2009): 3-4.

1/5/09: Shawn Nelson finished his senior campaign with 53 receptions, 557 yards and three touchdowns. Barring an explosive combine, he's a mid-round prospect.

10/26/08: At this rate, Shawn Nelson will finish with the most productive season in his collegiate career this year. Nelson has 46 catches and 507 yards in just seven games.

5/23/08: Shawn Nelson failed to reach 500 yards for the first time in his career, though he missed two games toward the end of the season. In all, Nelson totaled 33 receptions, 451 yards and five touchdowns.

2007: Can he gain 15 pounds and maintain his 40 time? If so, Shawn Nelson could be a first-day prospect and will fly up this board. Led Southern Miss in receiving in 2006. Had at least 500 receiving yards in both his freshman and sophomore seasons.

  10. So much for Chase Coffman...

Casey is the next best guy.

    James Casey, Rice

    Height: 6-4. Weight: 243.

    Projected 40 Time: 4.66.

    Combine 40 Time: 4.78.

    Pro Day 40 Time: 4.79.

    Benchx225: 28. Vertical: 36.

    Projected Round (2009): 3-4.

2/22/09: James Casey had the second-best vertical for tight ends at the 2009 NFL Combine with 36 inches. His 40 was slower than expected, however.

2/21/09: James Casey tied Travis Beckum for most bench press reps at the 2009 NFL Combine with 28.

1/5/09: It appears as though Casey, 24, will declare as a true sophomore. He finished the 2008 campaign with 111 receptions, 1,329 yards and 13 touchdowns.

10/26/08: James Casey is having a great sophomore year. He has 67 catches, 803 yards and six touchdowns through just eight games. Because of his age, Casey must declare ASAP despite being just a true sophomore.

7/27/08: Let's see... James Casey had 46 catches for 585 yards and four touchdowns as a freshman despite not registering a single reception until Week 4. He runs a solid 40. So, why is he so low on this list? Well, he turns 25 in September 2009, so there's not much more room for growth.

  11. Most teams have sh-- at TE. We're just another one. Any pick today at TE is not going to be that good. Pick the best player available.

That kind of logic tells me you'd take a quarterback if he was the "best overall available" even if we had Peyton Manning and Jay Cutler on our roster.

I say this late in the draft, you go with best overall player for your most needed position. There's still more value in a 4th round TE than a 6th round LB.

I'd love to see Coffman at 121. He's got great size. Great intensity, tough baller.
