  1. I will not be satisfied until we have a coach that isn't scared to put the game in his playmaker's hands. We have the talent, they just aren't being sparked.
  2. These are excellent points.
  3. This offense on paper is too lucrative to not be taking at least 1 shot down the field every possession or two. If they're doubling both Evans and Owens, start calling slant routes to both of them. Eventually they're going to make a play.
  4. Well at least T.O. has something to say about THAT!
  5. Are you kidding? Our o-line is dying out there. Trent has 1.5 seconds, not even 3!
  6. Jevan Snead and Ole Miss have sucked and will continue to suck. Ole Miss got a few HUGE breaks from Top 15 teams losing thus they ranked up playing crappy teams like Memphis and S.E. Louisiana.
  7. I think the Bills still have a bad taste in their mouth from the Monday Nighter. With the Saints coming off 2 wins against the Lions and Eagles, they're bound for a bad game. The wind in the Ralph will be swirling and throwing off Brees, Saints on the road, they lose.
  8. Did you see Leftwich shove Mitchell after he knocked him hard to the ground?? hahaha love it!
  9. I think how they used him today was ideal. Loved how they used him on the blitz even though he left that guy alone for the TD.
  10. I'm sure it played somewhat of a part. The complaints or rumblings about TS were that he ran a extremely complicated play calling. Nothing complicated about Owens and Evans as your 2 top receivers.
  11. Are you seriously that delusional??
  12. I could care less if Leodis was using trickery to get them to admit to it. Which is assinine because they could have easily kept their mouths shut either way. They had to have known if they admitted it they would likely be in some kind of trouble. I'm guessing even THEY think they went too far and thus they admitted to the crime. Hope this helps some of you boneheads!
  13. Hold on there a second, up until this past year or so we haven't had athletes tweeting like crazy telling us every little detail. Also, T.O. and Kawika don't speak for the other hundreds of NFL players. And just because they do decide to "tweet" (oh brother) doesn't mean you paint obscenities on their front lawn for missing a catch or fumbling a football. It's nice that Leodis initially didn't want to press charges but a message does need to be sent and I think he's doing the right thing.
  14. If you watch this team in expectations for them squander each week, you are truly pathetic. Maybe following TMZ celebrities will suit you better!
  15. You sound like some fantasy monger. "Oh no, NOT THE STATS!!!!!"
  16. Too many positives from the game last night to really dwell. One thing last season I felt the defense lacked was intensity and I think last night players that are normally mediocre stepped up and played with great intensity. The defense was on the field for a long time last night but they made plays, especially 2 big 4th downs. Even forced Pats to kick 2 field goals. Another was the hitting, the defense was making sure it left a mark on every Patsie by hitting them hard. Offensive line did good other than Bell and the penalties. How many 3rd and longs did we face? 3 or 4? That's killer. The 3rd and 5 drop by T.O. was an easy catchable ball, but of course we all knew T.O. isn't known for his pass-catching skills, just his after the catch play-making skills. Lee Evans dropped a few as well that were catchable. Trent Edwards played good. You can make all the J.P. rebuttals or just plain excuses you want, but the fact is he led the team, did a great job audibling at the line, and played with great confidence. Not to mention great accuracy on his passes. I loved the play-calling from AVP all night, the fake to Jackson and throw to Nelson for the TD was excellent. Lots of people don't want to blame the loss on Leodis McKelvin, but I think his play stuck out more than just the 2nd fumble. He was lost coverage several times, missed tackles several times, got out ran several times, and fumbled twice! You can't blame everything on him, but he was the weakest link IMO. Overall, the Bills were the better team and you can say "Oh if they don't win it doesn't matter!" all you want but as cliche as it sounds, that was a moral win. The biggest challenge for this team will be to forget about the loss, remember and build on the positives, and start over with Tampa Bay this week. Flame away!
  17. McKelvin was the one missing tackles, losing coverage, and fumbling twice. His poor play stuck like a sore thumb the entire game. Not just in the end.
  18. The media spin and twist is already in full gear... 'Q: Do you like the no-huddle approach? TO: No, not really. But I got to deal with it. [Laughs] No, it's all right. It just gets you a little winded. For myself, I haven't really practiced much the last few pre-season games so I'm still trying to get myself into shape and that's coming around. We're doing some things in the offense that will help me get in shape a little bit faster than I need to, especially with the upcoming Monday night game. You know, that's part of our offense and we're looking forward to it. I've gotten a taste of it since the OTA's and I know what to expect. That's sometimes a plus for the offense especially if we can kind of wear guys down and keep them on the field and don't allow them to make substitutions, but you know, it's something we're looking forward to and we're going to try it out.'
  19. Want me to drag him out of here and kick his @$$?
  20. There really is something entertaining about these poems. And normally I hate poems.
  21. Doesn't matter whether Jauron or Wilson called for the axe. The fact is, they waited until 10 days before the biggest game of the season. The worst time of all. For the reasons Jauron cited in his PC, it contradicts his overnight change of heart. When you fire someone, they have been doing things to unnerve you for some time or they did something drastic to unnerve you quickly. Jauron waiting until after the Detroit game where he knew there would be no starters? Weird. Head coach has no input with game planning? Weird. I agree with Chuck in that Jauron lied, but there's tons of lying going on with sports and the media. Ralph needs to fire Jauron and hire a coach worth a damn for once and drop this dumb buddy buddy system, hence Levy as GM, AVP as OC, etc. This team will continue to be vanilla and mediocre as long as Ralph is still doing these things and allowing people Scott Berchtold to give only ESPN and CBS media access, which gets us nowhere.
  22. Lori, Tim, John, Why is Ralph so hesitant to bring in proven HCs and staff but quick to the punch on rookie staffers and coaches?
  23. Not another obsessive social media network post!
  24. Yes! Let's get rid of them all before the regular season starts! Brilliant! Give me a break!
  25. It does sound like maybe Nirvana as well. Again, it has a middle break where they go from heavy to acoustic on the chorus for a little bit, then back to heavy again
