do the cops know he doesn’t have a weapon? After fighting off a taser and fighting the cops do you trust he doesn’t have a weapon in the car? Or that he gets in the car and ends up killing the kids? Then you will criticize the cops for not shooting him after he harms others. No win situation. If you were that cop and after all that happened do you believe he doesn’t have a weapon? If he does you have a good chance of dying. What do you do?

well it seems this situation was almost exactly as that one played out. Guy fought off taser and cops and went into the car. You make the wrong call and you don’t go home and kids have one parent. what else happened during the entire encounter? Because he didn’t just open the door

what I’m saying is the woman had and the court found good reason to charge him with sex assault and get a restraining order. Two things, shouldn’t have done the first thing and he also should have obeyed the order as well. Had he not done either thing he’d be ok

yes. Putting the entire situation into context yes. He was tasered, fought with the cops and then reached into his car. Almost the exact scenario in the video and those cops almost died.

ok. Guy also had a knife and he reached into the car after being tased and fighting with the cops and the cops did not know what he had in there so they shot. a female was sexually assaulted by this guy a month ago and he violated a protective order. Here’s what should be learned from this. Don’t sexually assault women. He never would have had a run in with the police.
