I am not a fan of DE's from Florida State. They are like Florida and Oklahoma WR's and Penn St. RB's. There is only one DE that has done anything from FSU (Boulware) and he was a LB. Remember Wadsworth, J. Reynolds, Reinard Wilson and Kam Wimbley?

The Bills made a big mistake when they tried to make Poz a MLB. He was at his best at Penn St. when he was playing WLB and did not have to rely on instincts and change of direction. He is a poor MLB, he is terrible in space and gets blown up at the point of attack. Another brilliant move by Marv. Then again Levy drafted Whitner 8th overall, traded up for Mccargo, signed Dicky J., did not franchise an 80 million dollar corner, signed Price, Royal, Triplett, Reyes and Fowler and picked D. Wright. Which begs the question, which position was Marv more incompetent at, coach or GM?

I guess, but health is part of the game. When Bob Sanders gets hurt you give him a pass, but when a corner who make a few tackles and gets hurt every single year...? Hopefully he can reach his full potential next year when he is our nickel cornerback and becomes a free agent.

There are so many people to blame for the mess known as the Buffalo Bills. The Owner, the players, the inept GM and coaches of the past. But the approach that Marv Levy took when taking over the Bills was TERRIBLE and now we are seeing the rotten fruits of his labor! YEAR 1-The hiring of Dicky. A coach known for his conservative nature and lack of in game decision making. His record was awful coming in and it will be just as bad going out. -Possibly the worst group of Free Agents ever assembled in the offseason- The headliners were Fowler, P. Price, Tutan Reyes, Robert Royal, A Train and Larry Tripplett. Because the media treats Marv like God no one ever asked simply, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!!!!!!!!????????? All I remember hearing was lets trust in Marv. OK, I will wait and see what happens. -THE 2006 DRAFT- IT'S OFFICIAL, THIS DRAFT SUCKS! Remember the preview to the draft on ESPN when Mort and the ESPN boys tore the Bills a new one? I do, they were making fun of the fact that the Bills hired WHO to run the team? So what was Marv's cornerstone pick? DONTE FREEKING WHITNER!!!!! I remember that day because I was on the way to a Cubs game and my buddy called me up and told me. Kelsay, need I say more? The 2007 draft - Great 1st round pick in Beast Mode, true gamer and with a better OC, he will be Marion Barber. Paul " The Great White Hope" Pozluzyskylsyiwicz. It was clear to anyone that ever watched a down of PSU football that Poz was at his best Playing WSL and Blitzing and roaming untouched. SO lets put him at MLB in a Cover 2 scheme. He is what he is, mediocre at best. Now his mouth on the other hand is that of a Pro Bowl Wide Receiver. Seriously though, Ko Simpson is the disaster of the two. I have never seen a Safety take terrible angles game after game and cost us huge plays.

So let me get this straight, he has been getting DESTROYED by every solid DT/NT and he has a decent game against a bunch of crap and he is our center of the future? He's had 4 years to prove himself and he has...THAT HE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A BACKUP! Free agent after this year, see ya!

I think you made a few typos, but I will try to figure it out. If you think the Bills philosophy that game was to have Poz run after Rb's(In the passing game) all day than you are just wrong. What you saw was Warner getting the ball out of his hands quickly and Poz reacting. Here is how I know we played more C3, because Donte was in medium zones all day and he made a bunch of tackles and they didnt beat us deep. Medium zones yield a ton of tackles in the passing game. The one thing that I am sure of though is that we barely played man coverage. Again, man coverage with 4 or 5 Wr's in a pattern makes no sense. The OC for the Cards see this, and they are calling rub plays all day long!

I agree with you that we cannot keep playing scared, just watch the second New England game last year, it doesnt work. But you said that we play C2 90% of the time. Again, we were not in C2 most of the Miami game. If Scott is up at the LOS, and we are in C2, WHO THE HELL IS PLAYING THAT HALF OF THE DEEP ZONE????? I'm sure Camarillo is fast enough to beat a twelve yard zone on a 5 step drop. You are talking out of your ass again. Plus, we were in man everytime they ran the Wildcat, that is the only way a Defense can defend it. I do agree we do need to be way more aggressive though.
