How many NFL caliber players are on this squad? 4 maybe 5 at most and that includes Moorman & Lindell. There are 2 or 3 on offense and he is one of them. Keep him.

Agreed. Also the D Line is as big a problem as the O Line. Somebody said they didn't get pushed back yesterday. Problem is to be effective against the run you have to penetrate. Needless to say anything about the lack of penetration by this unit on the pass rush all year. Kyle Williams is a back-up NT on every team in the league except ours where he is a starting NT. It just won't work. We do not have a legitimate starter on the D Line. Stroud was invisible last year and again this year. (I know he was out yesterday.) Dwan Edwards? Just collecting his paycheck. Did any else notice that on most every snap the whole D Line would stand up and look to see what was happening before rushing? It did two things (1) they had no leverage to drive ahead as they were standing straight up and (2) the Jets OLine was by them and on the LBs before they knew what was happening. Pathetic coaching and pathetic technique.

Evans deserves nothing because that is what he has given since he signed his fat contract. I'd sit him all year and let him rot. Play Nelson, Johnson and bring up Roosevelt.

Poz is not close to being a quality player. 9 carries for our RBs against a team that is the best in the league in pass defense and missing their NT??????? Somebody please explain that game plan.

I'd like to see Spiller in blocking protection against Kelsay. Neither would win. For all of the Lee Evans defenders, each of you can probably cover the dude. He just plain sucks. He has disappeared better than Aemelia Earhart.

But Kelsay is about the 50th ranked player at his spot out of 64. You can easily get a draft pick and plug him in every three years. Overpay TE, Kelsay,Fitz...trade instead of pay Greer, Winfield, Clemens, Lynch (probable), Peters. It is a pretty Black vs White policy.

Board people here think Kyle is great mostly because he is white, same for Poz and Hangartner. If they were black all three would be as worthwhile as Cornell Green or Donte Whitner and would have been run out of town like Jason Peters was and why many want to run Marshawn out of town. If we played our best 22 players we would have 4 RBs, 1 G and 6 DBs on offense.

My reason for the post is because we may have this choice in April with the first pick. If there is a gamechanger (Smith, Lawrence taylor, etc) on defense versus a very good QB do you take the gamechanger?
