  1. KC until someone proves otherwise.
  2. Yeah I was gonna say, if you’re a man who has sex with men…WHEN you contract monkeypox would be correct.
  3. The bill is 150 pages. How many pages do you think is actually needed to secure funding for this particular vet issue? The bill eliminates pay caps for VA employees as well as authorizing bonuses and $40k/year in student loan forgiveness. On top of that it calls for incredible amounts of “research” which is basically just a money laundering operation.
  4. I don't see either as a problem, I just found your assertion that soliciting whistleblowers is odd to be kind of silly on its face. I did my time in a snitch unit, we had posters up encouraging people to report internal malfeasance and bad acts in the workplace. Granted, these are all general, blanket solicitations but as a matter of course you're trying to compile as much evidence as possible in any case that may require disciplinary measures.
  5. It’s specifically soliciting information regarding protected class discrimination in the state workplace. That’s literally whistleblowing.
  6. You're in the Rochester area? Don't plan on going anytime soon lol https://www.amtrak.com/alert/service-west-of-albany-temporarily-suspended.html
  7. In the great state of NY there is a monthly email soliciting whistleblowers who witness discriminatory actions against protected class individuals sent to every employee. Presumably this justifies the several dozen full time salaries at the GOER ADID who otherwise do nothing.
  8. I used to do this with baseball cards as a kid. One time I got a rookie card for a guy I'd never heard of but I liked his name or something so I sent the card with a self-addressed stamped envelope and a little letter about how I was nine and in little league and wanted to be a pro pitcher like him. Turned out he was back in the minors but the MLB team forwarded the whole thing to him, he signed it with a gold sharpie and wrote me a letter back. Made my year!
  9. One last big NVDA play then ride off into the sunset.
  10. Respect for Carr top 10
  11. Yeah I'm not sure why the Cards are so sold on Kliff. You brought him in specifically because you were targeting Murray in the draft and this is the result three years later? A mopey, back-half fading QB who you need to contractually bind to film study?
  12. Welcome to the friend/enemy distinction, Dave.
  13. Miller misses the point. They’re not trading an arms dealer for Griner. They’re trading an arms dealer for a spy. They just want Griner thrown in so nobody asks why this bad conduct discharge is worth such an asset.
  14. You always charge the biggest crime you get PC for...if there was no PC the lawyers can argue that but one of the functions of the system is that guilty pleas to lesser crimes get the G out of proving a case beyond a reasonable doubt and get the defendant something they can live with rather than fighting a big felony and paying big lawyer fees. I really haven't followed the Jan 6 stuff at all so idk what kind of evidence they got PC from. But trying to prove a constitutional violation in federal court is a long, expensive road. And a guilty plea to a lesser violation typically precludes you from pursuing that issue after you're out of jail. To be sure, there are both abuses in the system and misrepresentations of it (the statistics on people sitting in prison "simply for marijuana violations" for example). I don't know which, if either, is the case here.
  15. Lol that wasn’t my point or even what I said. What are you on about?
  16. Then what is your point? That the DOJ operates just fine as is? There's 70+ years of history that would defy you.
  17. Yeah, imagine wanting people aligned with your view on how to run an administration to actually run that administration. Must be fascism or something.
  18. Regulating suppressors is insane. The only guns I've been able to make quiet enough with a suppressor to not need ear protection (still loud just won't make your ears bleed) are .22s and a 300BLK using subsonic ammo.
  19. The team issues him tech equipment to study on. There is software out there that can track eye movement and attentiveness, many new cars have this feature (one such rental recommended I pull over and stretch my legs when driving drowsy).
  20. Amber Lynn, you’ve got me wishing for the stars tonight And I’ve been messed up, but oh, you got here just in time You saved my life, and I don’t ever think I’ll find the words to say Amber Lynn, I’ve got three days to keep away
  21. It's no secret that the big alphabet agencies in the DOJ are rife with corruption and weaponized incompetence. Has been the case for decades. Denial of this simple fact is a clear indicator that you don't think seriously about the state of the USG. If (big IF) a Republican takes the White House following the 2024 election their first order of business should be firing massive numbers of GS administrators from these agencies.
  22. Based on this data it appears that the demographic niche that is spreading monkeypox has more “close contact” with 0-9 year old children than they do 18-29 year old women.
  23. Maybe the little ***** will wait his ***** turn next time.
  24. Yes, the cult is responsible for politicizing this public health issue. https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/2022/06/12/monkeypox-warning-gay-men/ G-d forbid we tell people to knock off the buggery for a few months.
