Some homework for you Ned, answer my original question (can’t because you don’t know anything about the voting rights act, its amendments, or the substantial federal court record that it’s generated) and also list the EU member nations where vote by mail is banned or heavily restricted and the reasoning why.

What is required of the DOJ before they can assign federal observers to a polling place? And when did they certify these requirements to the state of Florida? And I don’t know what that is and refuse to look it up.

Again, the DOJ has no right to oversee elections. In instances of certain kinds of fraud they MAY have jurisdiction over some criminal cases but I don’t know exactly when that would be. But that’s always going to be after the fact, not on Election Day. The DOJ has no place in intimidating voters and poll workers at voting locations.
