  1. The difficulty of this actually serves their purpose. Leftists despise local law enforcement, especially sheriffs, as they represent the only remaining wielders of sanctioned violence that are completely outside of the purview of the regime. Sheriffs in many states have already defied federal agencies and even state legislatures in the gun grabbing efforts. You can imagine that many sheriffs would ignore any confiscation order not only for the safety of their deputies but also on principle. Ever notice how the calls to “defund” or “abolish” the police never seem to extend to, say, the FBI? If the left got their way there would be forcible confiscation of guns by a massive federal law enforcement agency that would engage with gun owners much the same way the FBI and ATF engaged with David Koresh and Randy Weaver. Leftists would squeal with glee as formerly law abiding people who ignored an order shouted by megaphone got their houses lit up. And all this is fine because so long as the law enforcement agency is beholden only to the regime, they can murder and entrap with impunity as they receive top cover from the White House, judiciary, and fourth estate.
  2. Again, if you start sorting the data by *REDACTED* you’re going to come up with the reason why these numbers are so high.
  3. The woke are more correct than the mainstream example #346: math is white supremacist.
  4. This is how they think. It is permissible, and at this point recommended, that you hate trans people and actively oppose their public comfort. Because this is what they (and what the regime that helps cover for them when they murder children) think of you.
  5. Boy, looking at the population splits I bet you guys are right!
  6. “Siri, what do Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont have in common?”
  7. I wonder why denying trans folks access to kids and not allowing kids to get castrated “erases” trans people 🤔🤔🤔
  8. Maybe you can discuss how doctors allowed themselves to become pawns of the Soviet Union and routinely diagnosed those who publicly opposed the regime with mental disorders. But hey, I’m sure the docs in the USSR only fell in line once those who opposed communism “left physicians,” so they’re absolved.
  9. This post is funny because as firm as I am on gun rights I was just thinking today that if “red flag” laws were used to get guns out of the hands of people with mental illness, as average people define “mental illness,” that wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world. Of course, the problem is that bolsheviks have redefined mental illness to mean whatever they want, because their hooks and members are so deeply sunk into the various professional organizations that get to define mental illness for us plebs. It’s the same issue as anywhere else: pseudo-academics who were “educated” by ideologically insular institutions meddle with definitions so they can insert their politics into medicine.
  10. If you only post about crime when a very tragic, but statistically anomalous event like a school shooting takes place, you don’t get to claim you care about anyone.
  11. Boy that Tucker guy sure is nuts, huh?
  12. We don’t have enough contempt for journalists. I can sometimes be convinced that I do but then glorious light like this shines through and I realize I do not. Not nearly enough
  13. Well I’ll give her this: she killed six more people than all the nazis in America on National Day of Hate™️
  14. It’s pretty obvious what’s happening. Mass shootings are, by and large, a problem with gangs and other known criminal elements. But the only ones you ever hear about are the extremely rare “white dude kills people! Look! Guns bad!” This is the kind radio Rwanda nonsense that ultimately probably pushed this already mentally unstable, sick individual over the edge. The solution here is easy: mass incarceration of all known gang members and gang associates. Hard time for criminal firearm possession. Public flogging and humiliation of gang leaders. This eliminates the vast majority of gun violence in this country. But the same leftists who tell us that 13 year old girls will have to obtain coat hanger abortions in alleys because bAnZ dUn w3rK will tell us that we can put the 500 million guns worth of toothpaste back in the tube and solve gun violence forever that way. But leftists will never address the real causes of crime. Because the constant threat of overwhelming violence from criminals keeps a populace in check, it’s the next best thing to disarming them.
  15. Except that's not how it works in practice. Which, again, if you have no knowledge of how criminal justice works in New York County then you need not reply. The entire landscape has changed. The best way to be convicted of an E felony in Manhattan is to be indicted for a B felony. The joke used to be you get one free murder in Kings. Now we've extended that to Manhattan and Queens. From what I understand the campaign finance law violation would be a predicate offense, if anything. I've arrested on crimes committed in NY with predicates elsewhere. It's not without precedent.
  16. And indictment does not equal time behind bars. Which again, I had already made the assumption in my initial post. Do you get paid to miss the point or is it more of a hobby?
  17. Again, we come back to the fact that you don't know what you're talking about, yet here you are just yapping. I really don't get it. Forget misdemeanors, how many E felony charges against people with no priors do you think end up at trial in New York County? What do you think happens to people who get charged with a nonviolent E felony after an arrest in New York County? I mean the timeline after arrest, transport, picture and prints?
  18. You're not actually dealing with what I said. My entire statement started with the assumption that he is charged with a crime.
  19. Sure. Or any of the freshly minted JDs working ECAB in his office, while we're at it.
  20. Let's say NY DA actually charge Trump. I have a surefire way to know if it is a political persecution vs. a legitimate prosecution: If Trump spends a single minute behind bars, it's a political/media stunt. 100% Those of you who know nothing about criminal justice in New York County need not reply.
  21. The Piper at the Gates of Dawn - hot take alert, anything after this wasn’t really Pink Floyd Born in the USA - don’t think I’ll get any arguments here …And Justice for All - all that momentum and good will barreling into the 90s and Metallica takes advantage by doing their own version of Dylan going electric. No thanks. Metallica has four albums in my timeline. But in real life they became superstars off the back of the black album so I guess I don’t blame them.
  22. Erm in order for the scum to be elected in the first place there needed to be a recipe:
  23. What’s racist about any of that?
  24. Jim Kelly simply wasn’t good enough.
