  1. Well I’ll give her this: she killed six more people than all the nazis in America on National Day of Hate™️
  2. It’s pretty obvious what’s happening. Mass shootings are, by and large, a problem with gangs and other known criminal elements. But the only ones you ever hear about are the extremely rare “white dude kills people! Look! Guns bad!” This is the kind radio Rwanda nonsense that ultimately probably pushed this already mentally unstable, sick individual over the edge. The solution here is easy: mass incarceration of all known gang members and gang associates. Hard time for criminal firearm possession. Public flogging and humiliation of gang leaders. This eliminates the vast majority of gun violence in this country. But the same leftists who tell us that 13 year old girls will have to obtain coat hanger abortions in alleys because bAnZ dUn w3rK will tell us that we can put the 500 million guns worth of toothpaste back in the tube and solve gun violence forever that way. But leftists will never address the real causes of crime. Because the constant threat of overwhelming violence from criminals keeps a populace in check, it’s the next best thing to disarming them.
  3. Except that's not how it works in practice. Which, again, if you have no knowledge of how criminal justice works in New York County then you need not reply. The entire landscape has changed. The best way to be convicted of an E felony in Manhattan is to be indicted for a B felony. The joke used to be you get one free murder in Kings. Now we've extended that to Manhattan and Queens. From what I understand the campaign finance law violation would be a predicate offense, if anything. I've arrested on crimes committed in NY with predicates elsewhere. It's not without precedent.
  4. And indictment does not equal time behind bars. Which again, I had already made the assumption in my initial post. Do you get paid to miss the point or is it more of a hobby?
  5. Again, we come back to the fact that you don't know what you're talking about, yet here you are just yapping. I really don't get it. Forget misdemeanors, how many E felony charges against people with no priors do you think end up at trial in New York County? What do you think happens to people who get charged with a nonviolent E felony after an arrest in New York County? I mean the timeline after arrest, transport, picture and prints?
  6. You're not actually dealing with what I said. My entire statement started with the assumption that he is charged with a crime.
  7. Sure. Or any of the freshly minted JDs working ECAB in his office, while we're at it.
  8. Let's say NY DA actually charge Trump. I have a surefire way to know if it is a political persecution vs. a legitimate prosecution: If Trump spends a single minute behind bars, it's a political/media stunt. 100% Those of you who know nothing about criminal justice in New York County need not reply.
  9. The Piper at the Gates of Dawn - hot take alert, anything after this wasn’t really Pink Floyd Born in the USA - don’t think I’ll get any arguments here …And Justice for All - all that momentum and good will barreling into the 90s and Metallica takes advantage by doing their own version of Dylan going electric. No thanks. Metallica has four albums in my timeline. But in real life they became superstars off the back of the black album so I guess I don’t blame them.
  10. Erm in order for the scum to be elected in the first place there needed to be a recipe:
  11. What’s racist about any of that?
  12. Jim Kelly simply wasn’t good enough.
  13. Say what you want about the guy. But at the end of the day, he’s a sitting U.S. Congressman. Never apologize, never back down, don’t budge an inch. When leftists demand you move, say “make me.”
  14. Your question is irrelevant because it is based on a faulty premise. As has already been stated, leftists completed the ideological capture of k-12 education in this country some time ago. Hochul does not "decide" what books kids can read because the very foundations of the educational system are designed to produce the results that people like Hochul want by default.
  15. lol we can bask in being correct but that doesn't mean that leftists haven't won basically every cultural and social "battle" of the last 60 years. The GOP now is basically just another liberal institution, they just disagree with Democrats on how to achieve liberalism. The occasional win example from last year is the Dobbs case. The funniest part of the shrieking from leftists about fascism and what have you afterward is that, in order for the leftist narrative to continue, they had to pretend that their win-loss record over the past six decades was basically reversed with one small victory for the right. It's the Pats* with Brady or the Chiefs pretending that they're the Texans because they laid one egg.
  16. You mean to tell me that a leftist is engaging in bad faith motte/bailey nonsense? Say it ain't so!
  17. Funny how the slippery slope isn’t a fallacy now but in 2015 you were a 60IQ bigot for claiming you could recognize patterns.
  18. Well, sending him home would probably work to further the school-to-prison pipeline. Or something.
  19. Did Coach Harbaugh treat the nurses well or try to pinch them?
  20. The ADL 🤦‍♂️ The Proud Boys you can basically say are alt-right minus the racism. I don't believe that holding views that gerontocrats have pushed out of the overton window is "bad for America." Their apparent rush to glorify violence has not just a means but an end in itself is bad. Sedition convictions kind of seal the deal. So yeah, I'd say the Proud Boys are bad. But it's not a white supremacist organization. Well, sure, but I recommend reading because if you talk to black folks (especially on the internet) you're going to find that many of the views held by them today are, in fact, downstream of NOI beliefs.
  21. No. As you may have gathered, you can find the doctrine in many NOI texts. I suggest reading starting with Malcolm X's autobiography (which admittedly at that point in his life was NOT a NOI text but a story of his journey to orthodox islam) and Elijah Muhammed's Message to the Blackman in America. Five percenters believe the same. Is Wu-Tang for the children? Well I guess that depends on who you ask. According to Supreme Mathematics, perhaps they are. As an aside, it's a shame that the USG promoted MLK as controlled opposition, because the hero black people needed was Malcolm X.
  22. Have you ever read Malcolm X’s autobiography?
  23. No. I told people about law schools. In the time you took to reply to me you probably could have gotten to the relevant information via Google and key phrases in my poasts. But again, willful ignorance.
