  1. I think he was just saying that he was sad that apple hasn't made a two-button mouse yet.
  2. He was probably one of the kids in high school biology who either skipped the classes that evolution was covered in or just crossed his arms and shook his head vigorously while his teacher tried to tell them about it.
  3. Anyone else see that 2nd shot at the 9th? EDIT: And the birdie putt to follow it up. Awesome. Tiger's back. That is all.
  4. Meh. Throw a few Russian FOAB's at a city and they'll shut up. Alternatively, high-altitude carpet bombing can do serious damage as well.
  5. Isn't driving under the influence of pot already illegal? I'm pretty sure it is in NY, at least, covered under Driving Under the Influence.
  6. Some conventional weapons can do serious property damage
  7. Doesn't the school near you allow home-schooled students in the district to try out for sports teams?
  8. "Tebow is teh greatest!!!1one! Draft him in teh first round!" "NO! Don't draft Teblow!!1! He is teh fail!" "Draft him in teh second or third round!!" "Draft him if he's there later!!!one!" There.
  9. You cannot possibly enjoy this. Just can't. There's no way. No possibility.
  10. The problem of evil is much more complicated than Epicurus put it. There have been some great debates and books and "theodicies" written in response to it.
  11. Go watch your racially charged debates on youtube, asshat.
  12. That's the thing, we have no clue. Tom is right when he says that when all of that matter and energy was in that one spot, physical laws no longer applied. When physical laws don't apply, at this point, we really can't know anything graspable about it.
  13. Goddamn semantics. I know what you mean. It frustrates me to no end, but it seems to slip my mind once in a while that when physical laws no longer apply, you can't describe anything. I need to start studying physics again.
  14. There wasn't nothing. In theory, every bit of matter and energy was concentrated in one spot. (This is not directed at anyone in this thread) I love it when people say, "How ridiculous! Nothing exploded and made everything? Come on!"
  15. Hey - give some credit to the manufacturers and developers, they make computers really easy to use nowadays.
  16. I guess this isn't for me. I'm a libertarian-leaning atheist
  17. It depends on the sub-forum. There's a list somewhere, I'll see if I can find a link. EDIT: Found it: http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/index.php?...mp;CODE=leaders
  18. If you insist. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/index.php?...rth+certificate
  19. I don't give two ***** about the rapists. Your sweeping stereotype was what I had a problem with.
  20. http://www.bringyou.to/apologetics/p67.htm
  21. If not for your comment in the gang rape thread the other day, I would assume that this post was satire.
  22. To be fair to Sage, I think he mis-spoke. I'm sure he doesn't think that the theory of gravity is ridiculous.
  23. Every time I see a Cleveland/NYY game on TV, it seems like there are a ton of Yankee fans in the crowd. You should be fine.
  24. Sounds like a spinoff of "fallacy" to me. Don't think it's a word, though.
