Maybe. But whenever someone yells "anti-Semite!" I'm already skeptical.
The tribe is very insular and very protective of their own, arguably rightfully so. I don't think you can use Christians, Muslims, etc. as a comparison because Jewishness (if I may) is much more of a personal ethnic identity than it is a religion nowadays, especially among liberal groups like Hillel and Jewish sororities and fraternities. Hillel is all about Israel, not about the Jewish faith, and there have been some tensions over at UCLA regarding Israel.
