While a significant portion of the userbase here has ties to WNY, the list of posters that I'm pretty sure are still local to the 716 or 585 is pretty short. Speaking of Jamaica, black Caribbeans have a higher crime rate than black Africans. But black Africans still are at a higher rate than the national average. Why is it racist to suggest a racial basis for an attack committed on whites by blacks, but it's your sworn civic duty to suggest a racial basis (hate crime!) when a white attacks a black (rare indeed relatively speaking)?
