I think the question is largely this: why do we assume Lamar has hit his ceiling on passing ability when we assume Josh hasn't hit his? Josh's first year was with JAGs at every skill position except for a declining superstar RB so I kind of get it. The Ravens are taking a different (from the Bills), but good strategy to hide Lamar's limitations with the personnel they have now. Meanwhile in the offseason Lamar can work on his passing game just like Josh does. Lamar might never have the sheer throw power that Josh has but most successful QBs don't. In any case, the answer to the question is "because we want Josh to be the guy." And that's ok but we need to be honest with ourselves about it.

Luckily he was able to get himself bloodied up in a non-life threatening manner and apparently there’s some video evidence too. Could he have stopped this sort of ***** way back when? Maybe. But the reality is the system is so twisted now that if he flexes an ounce of “self-respect” as its mentioned upthread there are lines and lines of simps, “counselors,” judges, and cops all trained to label him an abuser and enable her further manipulation of him by holding custody of his kid over his head. I have a buddy who went to QB camps and started at QB at a AA school in a decent conference here in NY. Got crushed every game because of the O-line. He, like you, quit after he realized it wasn't gonna get any better.

Lettered in three sports; no football at my district. Talked to a couple DIII schools about playing one of them. Enrolled and was set to play and the program was cut a month before practice started. All well and good, had a lot of fun regardless and played lots of intramural badminton.

I've been out to eat a few times in "phase 4" up here. Both the places I went to the staff were all wearing masks constantly and patrons had to wear their masks when they weren't seated at their (spaced out) table.
